When I explained to the receptionist the severity of the migraine headaches and she basically told me I was out of luck, I said we will find a new doctor then and she said ok, I'll note your chart, and hung up the phone on me, then refused to answer when I called back. To make it worse they asked me to edit my review on google which indicated the terrible service I had, including Megan Clark divulging information about a senior female patient when I visited in 2/2025. Megan indicated I had to wait over 30-45 min in the room while she tended to a elder female woman. She was rude and bed side manner horrible. Kim (September) reached out to me and indicated my bill was being corrected. Today (December) I get a new bill with those charges added back. This company is ridiculous and I would not advise anyone to seek medical support here, as its not just the care, its how they conduct the business and billing as well.

She immediately looked at me and said "we don't accept.medicail" mind you, I work for the state making 180k a year, never had Medicaid, She assumed, possibly because I wasn't Caucasian. I was very offended, left the office only to fall in the parking lot because the parking lot wasn't shoveled or salted and scrapped my.knee and hurt my elbow.
