They were more than helpful help figure out my problem. You just don't see that kind of customer service these days. I was very impressed with their knowledge and service. He helped troubleshoot the issue by phone. AND it was past their closing time. Unfortunately, I purchased my tub from a company in Columbus. They sent a tech (in the loosest since of the word.) and charged me almost $700 to come and check it out. they replaced a fuse and off they went. Needless to say, a huge waste of money. I will give all of my future business to Spa Direct and credit is to Ralph. He is very knowledgeable and more than happy to help. Great Job!

We purchased a Caldera Spa in March of 2023. We purchase chemicals and supplies from this business…read moreon a monthly basis. There was an issue with water not properly being pushed through the spa lines. Under warranty we requested a tech to service the tub. Issue resolved. However a year later we received a rude telephone call demanding payment and a threat to be reported to collections for an unpaid service call. No invoices were ever received, nor on any occasion of being in store was this mentioned. Under warranty we were told service calls would be covered. It was never disclosed to us that they have to submit service calls to Caldera for approvals and if denied the service call fee would be our responsibility. The lack of communication is an issue, and upon trying to discuss the situation with a manager, it was apparent customer service was not a priority. The manager also refused our payment and stated "there's no where else for you to get assistance, good luck, and get out of my store."

After choosing another tip, I Was told it would be done the next day or Monday. Seven days later I still don't have my stick back and just keep getting told "we will call you." I'll never spend another dime here. Too bad, too. We are remodeling and in the market for a new pool table and poker table. I'll be filing complaints with the BBB and other agencies tomorrow.

It was midweek so it wasn't very crowded and the weather was nice so we figured the store wouldn't be too crowded inside either. FREE POPCORN as soon as you enter the door, that is a nice perk!! We grabbed a cart and started out counter clockwise through the store and aisles. He was looking for a small heater for his job and I was just looking for anything period!! I have already started my Christmas shopping and looking for summer yard/garden clearance for gifts for my mother in law's yard Several good buys on jeans and clothing, but we actually only left with some Free popcorn and a bag of pretzels. There was nothing that I couldn't live without except those snacks. The store is clean and wide aisles and the reps there were helpful with my questions. There is a great bit of Toys already in the aisles for Christmas and even a few decorations out. Prices not bad!!
