Additionally, she enhanced my itinerary by including unique experiences such as visiting the ABBA Museum in Stockholm and enjoying a one-of-a-kind sauna experience that included swimming in the Baltic Sea in Helsinki. I am a vegetarian, and Gabrielle made sure to research and include vegetarian restaurants in my itinerary. I truly appreciated her attention to detail and thoughtfulness in ensuring that my dietary preferences were accommodated. Overall, Gabrielle Kliegl exceeded my expectations as a travel designer. Subject: A Wonderful Experience on Qatar Airways Flight QR735 (Doha to Chicago)…read more On Monday, June 15, we traveled from Doha to Chicago on Qatar Airways Flight QR735. There is so much we could say about this journey, but in just a few words, we would like to say that this flight truly won our hearts. We traveled in Business Class, seated in 8E and 8F. Everything about the journey was exceptional--from the comfort and cleanliness of the aircraft to the outstanding service provided by the cabin crew. We would especially like to express our heartfelt appreciation to the flight attendants Ruchi and Parinaz. Their warm smiles, kindness, and caring attitude made us feel like family throughout the flight. Parinaz, in particular, made us feel as though she were our own daughter. Her genuine care, affection, and professionalism made our journey unforgettable. We are proud to share this wonderful experience and highly recommend Qatar Airways Flight QR735 to all travelers. The excellent cleanliness of the aircraft and the exceptional hospitality of the cabin crew, especially Parinaz, deserve the highest praise. We are delighted to give this flight a 5-star rating and look forward to traveling with Qatar Airways again in the future. Thank you to the entire Qatar Airways team for making our journey so comfortable and memorable. Sincerely, Amrik Singh & Family

ENJOY YOUR VACATION DON'T STRESS OVER IT!…read more After 4 hours on the computer researching the best places for my wife and I to stay for our first Greek adventure, we hadn't booked a single stay or excursion (I am very adventurous and have booked several of my own trips). We wanted this trip to be very special and we both knew we were going to need some help. I was a little hesitant at first because I don't like to do touristy vacations or book with guides or groups. Luxury Travel & Beyond was what I was looking for I just didn't know it yet. We got in touch with Antionette and we were blown away by the trip she was able to curate for us. She helped us structure the trip in the best way for the time we had and she was able to work with our budget. She presented all different options and gave us the information we needed to decide how we wanted to do our trip. She was so easy to work with and we could both feel her excitement for us to go enjoy our trip. This was my first time using an expert travel advisor and I am so glad I did. Everything about our trip was so well thought out and we felt so taken care of the entire way! It also happened to be my wife's birthday towards the end of the vacation and Antionette helped me plan several wonderful surprises to really wow my wife (I felt a little guilty even taking credit because it was so easy). Toni was in touch with us the entire trip making sure we were being taken care of and was there when we needed to make adjustments or ask for advice. Every hotel, restaurant reservation, spa experience, excursion, airport transfer, travel tip and concierge service was par excellence. Worth every penny. Worry free vacation that was tailored exactly to our liking. Go with her recommendations she knows what she is talking about! We were able to fully enjoy our 10 days in Greece. Beyond what we were expecting! Thank you Toni! 10 out of 10 will be using Luxury Travel & Beyond for our next vacation!

One could argue that the internet has made travel agencies redundant - you can just type in your…read moreflight requirements on Orbitz, Travelocity, Expedia, Kayak, et al. and buy a ticket. However - sometimes travel requirements are just too complicated to type into a search box. You need the help of a knowledgable individual with access to consolidator airfares to help reduce the cost of the trip and is seasoned enough to help you plan out a trip quickly and easily. I ran into such a situation when planning a trip for my wife that required her to travel to India via the Middle East with multiple stops. After dinking around with various internet travel sites and coming up with umpteen variations of itineraries (some which were absolutely ridiculous - like flying from the US to Europe to the Middle East to China and then back to India), economy ticket prices ranging from $1,500 to $10,000 and pricing that was not always accurate on the travel engine (when you click on an itinerary that you liked, it would check pricing and the system would tell you that it would cost $400 more than what was originally quoted) - I decided to call a professional. I spoke with Shaheen at Aakash Travels and laid out my specifications. Shaheen listened intently and was quickly able to identify the airlines that would likely offer the best fares and most convenience (e.g., limited stops, connections, etc.). After our initial conversation, Shaheen quickly got me an itinerary that worked well (limited number of connections; adequate time between connections for immigration, customs; and no long layovers), and for about $100 less than the lowest internet travel engine prices (and about $200 less than an internet consolidator). Completing the transaction was easy, Shaheen made the reservation and sent me the itinerary via a link to a website. After approval, I simply charged it to my credit card. I had a great experience working with Shaheen at Aakash Travels. She was professional, knowledgable and easy to work with. If one finds themselves taking an international trip - it is worth a few minutes to check with Aakash Travels to see if they can either save you some money through a consolidator airfare or come up with a more convenient itinerary.

I decided to get online and see what I could find.......HOLY OVERWHELMING! There were so many destinations and prices with several hundred dollar variances (for the same destination mind you). I spent several days looking at different destinations, resorts, and flights and just couldn't bring myself to spend thousands of dollars online with no guidance. It was at this point that I decided to reach out to TravelLulu and it was the best decision I could have made!!! I told her (Liora, the owner) the type of vacation I was envisioning, my potential travel dates, and my price range; within a matter of hours she responded with a recommendation that was within my budget along with payment options. She provided a couple of other options, but professionally recommended one particular destination: Club Med-Turks and Caicos. She advised me to go on their website and take a look and get back to her if she thought it would be a good fit. By the time I got back to her with a, "this is PERFECT!" she had already tentatively secured flights and the room. I gave her a down payment and the rest of the money wasn't due until a month before my trip. Fast forward several months- we are on VACATION! To say this was the most perfect destination/vacation for us would be an understatement: Club Med was AMAZING! We could be as busy (or not busy) as we pleased. They had fitness classes every day, snorkeling, water aerobics, paddle boarding, windsurfing, sailing, tennis, TRAPEZE (my personal favorite), a beautiful pool, and the most amazing stretch of beach on the island. They also had a FULL liquor/wine/bar offering, shows every night, and an after party- ALL INCLUDED. I did not spend a dime once we arrived. Liora even took care of our shuttle to-and-from the airport, which ended up costing about $40 per person each way if not already arranged (these little touches make her the BEST!). The whole experience....from start to finish....was incomparable thanks to TravelLulu. I will be using them again in the future and would recommend the company 1000 times over to anyone looking for a unique, fun, relaxing, adventurous, EASY travel experience.

A Deeply Disappointing Experience:…read more We engaged Partenza Travel, led by Christine Andraus, for not just one but two important vacations: a milestone birthday trip and a family vacation with three other families. Christine came highly recommended, with promises of access to exclusive properties and assurances that she could meet our specific budget and requirements. However, our experience has been nothing short of a disaster, leaving us feeling exploited and severely disappointed. Broken Promises and Misrepresentation: Christine assured us that she had the connections and expertise to find unique, exclusive properties that would cater to our needs and fit within our budget. Based on these promises, we entrusted her with planning our trip. We provided clear requirements and a reasonable budget, which Christine agreed to. Despite clearly communicating our preference for specific types of accommodations, we were presented with options that not only missed the mark but also ignored key aspects of our requirements. We received 3 options. 1/ a villa that was 2x our budget, 2/ a villa with 5 rooms instead of the requested 7, and 3/ a Hilton Resort (vs. private villa as requested), which was the same price and availability we found ourselves online. Unprofessional Conduct and Financial Exploitation: When we raised our concerns and requested a resolution, Christine's response was disappointing. Instead of acknowledging the gap between what was promised and what was delivered, she was dismissive and unyielding, insisting on keeping a non-refundable fee despite failing to meet our needs. This refusal to refund the money for services not rendered in good faith has left us feeling taken advantage of and deeply dissatisfied. She eventually agreed to refund 50% of the $4,000 we gave her. To add insult to injury, separately we were also planning a milestone birthday with Christine in a separate thread. Because we had "disrespected" her, she ended that relationship as well, and decided she deserved 75% of the $1800 ($1350) fee for that trip as well. All in all, for a combined $3350 in fees, the sum total of value we received from Christine is that she found us the property for the birthday trip. Our 4 families received nothing of value for the holiday trip. Causing Unnecessary Stress and Inconvenience: What was meant to be a joyous and memorable group vacation (and birthday) has turned into a source of stress and frustration. We are now forced to start from scratch on the family trip, seeking alternative arrangements on short notice, all while dealing with the financial implications of Christine's failure to deliver. Conclusion: Our experience with Christine Andraus and Partenza Travel has been nothing short of a nightmare. The way she has handled this situation--through misrepresentation, unfulfilled promises, and an unwillingness to rectify the situation--reflects poorly on her professionalism and integrity. We strongly caution anyone considering her services to think twice and seek alternative options that will not leave you disappointed, out of pocket, and back at square one.
