I Got my tickets from Shahrzad Travel and they are available almost from 8AM till 10PM and they help me to solve my issue and i thanks them for their support. I was in London and i need to stay more there and unfortunately i must change my ticket and she helped me with lowest price while she was at home. any time i want to buy tickets i will buy from them and actually i will try to give them little commission to run their business too instead of buying online and get no support.

This was the first time I ever purchased travel insurance for a trip. The agents at this company…read moretried to rip me off on travel insurance. They sold me fully refundable airfare for my trip and then included the airfare in my insurance quote. When I requested why, I was told "The majority of the time, even with a flight being fully refundable we still insure it. If something were to go wrong with the trip, it would make the whole process smoother." When I asked what does that mean, I got no response. Really, $1,200 to "make the whole process smoother" if I need to file a claim. When I requested that the airfare be removed, they sent another quote that was very high. Then they asked if I wanted a quote from another travel insurance company. Really, you have to ask to get another quote? The other company's quote was $1,100 less than the first. These agents are not interested in anything but their commission.
