In this era of changing healthcare, we definitely want our doctors' knowledge to be growing with the times. Dr. Witman is an exceptional physician who is tenacious in her resolve to figure out the best way to help her patients. I appreciate the lengths she has gone to - to maximize my health. Besides further research, she has referred me to specialists who she communicated with, and advocated for me when she didn't think a specialist was treating my case with the urgency she felt it warranted. She has also helped interpret other doctors' notes, lab reports & x-rays for me so that I understood what they meant. Availability has been so valuable. Every time I have called her office with some ailment, I have been able to get in to see the doctor that day. When I have sent Dr. Witman an email summarizing visits with specialists...she responded off-hours even if it was a weekend or evening. The new fingerprint scan check-in kiosk makes the arrival process so easy. His staff is amazing and it is obvious they really enjoying working with Dr. Schlitt. Then, they wouldn't sign off on a general sports physical form, without much of a reason other than they weren't comfortable doing so??? Okay. Our pediatrician is also right across the hall, they have access to all of the same records so why?? DO NOT GO THERE. It is a waste of time.

The whole point of making appointments for the flu clinic is that you are not supposed to be waiting around inside with lots of other people - You are supposed to be in and out safely. Once we got called it was very easy. But please tell people that if they don't have appointments they cannot come in the building. They could check off on the list at the door so that people without appointments are not jumping ahead of people who have appointments, and increasing the time that people are sitting in a waiting room breathing on each other.

My doctor has been helping me with an issue that occurred post C-section: keloid scar. I've had two csections & this is the first time I've seen results via after care with Kaiser! I came here a few weeks ago for a laser treatment followed immediately by steroid injections (OUCH). My scar is in the best shape it's been in ever. There is one more treatment to be done at this location & I am thrilled to see what the end results are going to look like so I can keep regaining my confidence back & for the pain to stay away. All of the office staff are so thorough, friendly, & welcoming. The nurses explained to me what to expect prior to the doctor entering, & service took maybe 10 minutes in total, half of that time was the consult.
