I recommend this location however always check with the hours they're open Monday through Friday 10 to 1 and then re-open 2pm to 4 pm even though it says on the website that they're open till five they close at 4 PM.

The problem is, this is Parkville. People here have security cameras on their homes. So, we know if you showed up or not... especially when we've been home all day. I realize that people sometimes can't finish all their work in one day, but at least be honest about it, folks!

As my son's school bus couldn't get down the street. This is also after she nearly hit the pole on the corner and road up on the curb as well because she was on the phone talking. Followed by refusing to deliver mail for the entire block that day. The route was never finished so no one including me got mail 11/6. After which she sped off down the block once I told her that if she didn't stop yelling, cussing and threatening me I have to call the cops. Today November 7, 2025 someone from this local office called me and told me it was my word against hers and refused to identify themselves. When I asked what their name was, and told them I have all of this on video. They told me it wasn't necessary so they wouldn't watch it and hung up on me. Never once was it mentioned that my service be interrupted. Only for me to come home after work today to a note saying my mail service was suspended. This is clearly retaliation for me filing a complaint. Mind you my family has owed this home for 20 years. Heather is an excellent mail carrier and we had never had any issues in all the years we have been here. I don't know the name of the person who threatened me and was filing in for her but I haven't gotten mail for two days. And I'm not sure why this be allowed by management after I had to file a complaint and call the police for my own safety. I can't believe that they suspend my service and withhold my mail from being delivered. This is outrageous and I would like to be contacted by someone who can fix this. It's literally hard to believe this is happening but after reading these reviews I see I'm not alone.

Is there a zero star option, because this Post Office staff deserves it…read more Hate to say this, but this place needs to be shut down or managed properly. The latest employee is extremely condescending and clearly unhappy to be there. She seems to feel that asking her to scan our boxes is a chore and not her duty. She rambles on something like that she cannot keep scanning our boxes when and if she gets busy...and all the while we happen to be only people in this godforsaken Post Office! What is happening here? Is this not the basic duties of an USPS employee? Scanning boxes that already has labels on them is too much work now? What should we do? Pay, print and affix the labels and also drive them to the recipients because the USPS employees rather stare at their phones and pick and choose who they will be courteous to? Avoid this Post Office. I have to drive 8 miles to visit the one on Fayette Street since I do not get any grief about bringing 4-7 boxes that needs to be scanned in. Miserable staff, zero service, loads of attitude and misery.

Not possible to give less than 1 star but that's what this place deserves. The staff there are just…read moremean. There's no telling when they'll be open. Sometimes I'll show up during business hours and the doors are locked but I see them in there. Tapping on the window gets nowhere because they just act like they don't here you. The other day, they ran out of stamps. How TF does a post office that hardly does any business because they do all they can to discourage people from going there run out of stamps? Mail in the area sometimes doesn't get delivered for days. I'll see the mail carrier walking down the street and he'll say "Nothing for you today" when the USPS app says something should be getting delivered. When he does deliver to the house, many times it's late and he's on his phone yelling at someone, usually complaining about his job. Then he rings the doorbell and sets the dog barking just in case he hadn't already made enough noise to wake the kids up. A lot of our mail goes to neighbors and some neighbors can't be bothered to bring it to us. I'm pretty sure I missed a jury duty notice due to that and the courts are assuming USPS is such a reliable service that they can just say "We mailed it to you, therefore you got it." Who knows what else hasn't been delivered.
