THIS POST OFFICE STEALS then will tell you that Whatever USPS.com Customer tells you is a complete lie. Check the news! It's coming to light the mis management and theft from these offices. How are you going to tell me what USPS Customer service told me, and Then said to me and call me a liar? Post Master is a b*tch! . Nothing but issues out of this post office ALL THE TIME! Wrong Mail delivered weekly, Sometimes no mail, Picks ups for mail for my business, NO big deal, if they feel like it. Much like an STD, this post office is best avoided. You will usually find the front staff on their phones and stepping up to the counter seems an inconvenience. Filed a change of address a month before the move and still have mail going to old address a month later. Biggly sad read more

This is the worst post office ever. The employees are so mean. One employee threw the receipt at me over the counter just for even asking for one. I've witnessed employees scrolling and talking on their cell phone while waiting on myself and other customers and they don't even make eye contact or give a friendly greeting. They will occasionally have conversations with each other and make you wait until they are done talking to acknowledge you. Most of the time you come in they are almost always in the back and you'll wait several minutes for someone to even realize you came in. I'm not sure why an establishment such as a post office would be completely unattended with the door unlocked, it's very unsettling. I consistently take several packages there to drop off all at once and they are so lazy they will weigh one package on their scale and just scan all the others as the same weight. The proper procedure is to weigh and scan each one individually. They even weighed one of my packages while have someone else's mail on there, leading to a higher than expected weight. That is completely unacceptable! They've even thrown my packages into the bin instead of walking two steps and placing it inside. They make up stuff just to get people out of their face, I've seen them turn people away who had appointments for passports simply because they didn't feel like dealing with it. They are so incompetent and just can't be bothered, they'll say anything to rush you out and get you out of their face, as if you're an inconvenience to them. They are barely ever busy and it is very apparent why. I usually drive a few miles out of my way to avoid this location. If you're gonna go to this location, mentally brace yourself, it is the epitome of walking into the fire. read more

I just had an encounter with the meanest, nastiest person that interacts with people. I asked a few questions about sending postage she was short refused to help with a simple task by providing me with a receipt and proceeded to try to argue with me. I am at a lost for words. read more

This location has terrible hours of operation (10 AM-4 PM) and the employees who work at the counter are rude and lazy. I do not recommend anyone to come to this post office. I'd give 0 stars if I could read more

Under staffed and oftentimes fail to open on time. This post office lacks accountability of its staff.

I've had numerous bad experiences with this location, but this one takes the cake. I collect anime figures and was downsizing my collection. I sold a figurine that was originally purchased for 150$. I wrapped it up very carefully and took it to the post office. The women asks if it was fragile and I tell her it was a figurine and mark it fragile. After it scans, I witness her throw the package like it was a basketball 2 or 3 feet into the bin. She the realizes that she put it in the wrong bin she takes it out and throws it into a different bin. I give her a dirty look but don't say anything because I am afraid of confrontation. I'll admit, it was a light package but that doesn't excuse the blatent disrespect of other people's property. read more

I would not recommend this post office. Unfortunately, this is the one in my area. I've had so many issues with this place. My biggest issue is not receiving my mail. There has been numerous times that my mail was delivered to the wrong address. I know because I've received someone else's mail on many occasions. I've complained to management many times. I filed a claim in the past, but nothing has changed. The mail carrier does not pay attention to the delivery address. I also believe someone at this post office is stealing because anytime a card of some sort is suppose to be delivered I never receive it. Especially credit and debit cards. I have to get important things sent to my friend's house in another county now. read more

I wish that I could give this post office one star.. For three months straight I have not received any of my mail or packages on time, and the first excuse was Covid, then the weather, and it's been nothing but nice days & fair weather so what's the excuse now? I have the informed delivery app installed on my phone and I'm actually looking at the app & can see my Mail that was supposed to be delivered today but I can guarantee it's just sitting at the post office and won't be delivered until a few days later... At the moment I'm looking into ways to file complaints against this post office because this is ridiculous, I'm just glad my stimulus doesn't come in a check because I'd be done fell behind on bills on account of this post office very late deliveries read more

I have used the Raspeburg Post Office for over 40 years and am always pleased with the service of the staff. The clerks are friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. Sometimes there are not enough clerks for the number of customers or the computers are acting up, but that is not the fault of the clerks. They always soldier on and try to help you despite any snafus. I give the customer service a solid A. read more
