Came with a friend to check it out and ask about a product I had. The older guy immediately made a face and started judging when I asked if he had a similar product, HENCE why we went in to inquire. We were very kind and genuinely asking for guidance, don't know why he treated us that way. Overall rude experience, he wasn't helpful and was very judgmental. **hello, The employee working that night did say you didn't carry it which we understood, but before telling us that he was extremely judgmental saying "I wouldn't use that" in a condescending voice. He also proceeded to interrogate me, asking, "you don't know what's in it?" I tried explaining that a friend bought it for me, which is why we went in to inquire. When he said you guys didn't carry it we understood and decided to leave. I never insisted that they are hiding anything in the back, so whatever he said was a lie. I had to say "I trust my friend," who bought it for me, to which he slightly backed down from the judgmental tone. If you review the footage he never recommended a dispensary until we were walking out, you can see my friend and I turn around and he tells us something. Our body language also shows no signs of "insisting" or accusing them of hiding things. Our faces show only confusion as to why he was treating us that way. I understand trusting your employees and wanting to believe everything they say, especially since I'm just reviewing, but what he told you is inaccurate. I appreciate the reply but nothing was explained multiple times and the judgmental tone wasn't something we imagined. read more

Over the weekend, I stopped by for the first time. It's a small shop with mostly higher-end artisanal glass, but they do have some well-made, affordable gear. It's a laid back environment and the guy working was helpful. There was also a very cute shop dog - she greets you with a loud bark and then wiggles her butt while smiling, so sweet. I went home with a dense glass on glass bong, made of entirely recycled glass; really happy with the decision. read more

They have a nice selection of pipes from some of the best contemporary glass artists right now. The prices here are more than fair and I've never had a bad experience shopping here. Fun Fact...Raspberry Roach is the oldest smoke shop in Orange County. They have a nice selection of heady glass from many of the top artist but also have a wide range of affordable glass. If you are into disc golf you have to check out Raspberry Roach because they have a very nice selection of discs. They carry many of the top brands and also have some rare discs...I found a few nice ones to add to my arsenal. I came in a few months ago while at Johnny's and I have to say the dreary decor almost made it look like a daytime Johnny's... It was how do I say it? Musky...Until now! Now?? It is so BRIGHT! I pulled into Johnny's wondering if it had changed businesses. Well lit, very clean and stunning glass. They have the high end, unique pieces and all of your basic smoking needs. I couldn't believe the difference! The customer service is very friendly there, you can ask them anything and they will break it down for you. *Trust me, after a few drinks I ask all kinds of questions! Raspberry Roach is a great store if you are looking for some really high end glassware. Yes, they do have your day to day Chinese and Czechs mass produce tubes. However if your looking for some Very high quality locally designed and blown artwork Raspberry roach has it, or knows how to get their hands on what ever art your looking for. I particularly like how they have glass that is not for smoking. They also have a good selection of vapes and parts for vapes. I respect how they do not sell hookahs and other junk no one really wants to buy keeping inventory free of junk lets the prices of their good products be a better price. They also have a hilarious selection of jacket pins with all sorts of ridiculous things on them. I'm giving RR only 4 stars because personally i think their location is horrible. IMHO i can't stand it being next to Jonny's Saloon and all the riff raff. read more

Even after learning that I'm just window shopping, Jason and Rob have never given me any service less of amazing. The few times that I've come in just to learn about the product, these guys have no problem educating me and steering me in the right direction. The glass here is quality, they carry locally blown glass and are total art enthusiast.
