Service was good, but I found the price for the dishes I ordered to be a little overpriced for what I was served. I ordered two chicharrons and it came with just a few pieces that were not very crunchy if fact they were soggy. i have been ordering from this place a lot lately. the restaurant is not muxh as it is mostly a fast foos restaurant but do have some seating if you dont mind some salsa music a little loud. the food is good. i really like the arepa hamburgesa with grilled meat. the meat is mostly medium well as it does not provide an option of the term you want it. another item i kike is the rapsado with fruit it takes me back to whem i was a kid and loved going out for one. quick tip is put a lot of leche condensada on it. the restaurant is located inside a shopping plza so parking is easy. the staff is the lowest grade from this restaurant they are not really helpful and sometimes they gave you attitude just for asking a simple question. if they can het better servers the ratinf will be higher. read more

The manager is a rude, non- customer service individual! She has an extremely horrible attitude and rolls her eyes to customers as she is talking to them. I ordered through yelp, waited past my pickup time and when I came in, they never received my order. She asked me if I was picking up through UBER, I said no. I ordered through yelp! If I could give this place 0 stars I would. My sister ordered some food from them today and when her husband picked it up and came home the white rice from his meal was missing. He ordered black beans with rice rice, and as Hispanics you know it's always better to eat them together. My sister called to speak to the manager to let them know, and the manager called her a liar & told her she packed everything correctly. Unfortunately my sister did not know there was other Colombian restaurants nearby such as Los Verdes, Rico Pan, Los perros that will appreciate your service much more & will treat you with much more respect. I keep coming here because their tostones are hands down the best I've ever had. They are big , crispy , and so well seasoned. I went there to eat lunch since I work nearby and they offered me a daily cantina special. Which of course, I couldn't resist and I'm glad I did. The first meal was a super flavorful chicken soup with some meat, veggies, rice and sweet plantains. Everything was fresh, came out pretty quickly, and the staff was super friendly! Very poor communication. I called to ask if the UberEats will work, because on the website I couldn't order anything. The Lady who picked up the phone didn't speak English. The service was very poor and delayed. We arrived for lunch at 2pm and it took 30 minutes for them to give us our food. After lunch we ordered 3 Cholados (Raspaos Caleños) which also took 30 minutes to serve. The business has set up tables outside where customers sit down after placing their orders. Those who were sitting at those tables received a scolding from the employees who told them that they were calling their names and that they were too busy to have to look for them or bring them their meals. In addition to all of this the last time I came they were promoting a service called SpotOn. On Wednesday I received an email from Raspaos offering me 15% discount on my order. When I placed my orders they told me that they were no longer using spotOn. When I asked them why they sent me an email on Wednesday with the discount if they were not going to accept it, they told me they did not know. As a client this is not the experience I hope to have when eating in a restaurant with my family. read more

It was not the driver, but how long it took for the restaurant to prepare the order for two people. I ordered the bandeja paisa and I think we got food poisoning from that order. Both of us were sick this morning and still feeling nauseous with strong stomach pains. Great food! Been here a couple of times and I've always had a great experience. The arepas (cheese, meat or pretty much any of them) are just delicious. You can enjoy different Colombian dishes ( I know... fast food) but certainly yummy and much better than, lets say Mc Donalds. The staff is friendly and you can see how they cook, so you don't have to worry about unwanted things a waiter can do to your plate if you get mad at him :) Have fun! read more

Raspaos is such a great place, and you wouldn't even know that it's there unless you already know that it's there, lol. The hot food here is wonderful, but the shakes and desserts are their true specialty in my opinion. My favorite dessert here, called the Brownie Chocoano, consists of a warm brownie topped with two scoops of gelato (vanilla and blackberry, in my case) and sliced fruit (strawberries and bananas for me); it is absolutely divine. The "pinchos" (kabobs, basically) are offered with either grilled chicken or beef and come with a variety of sides. I highly recommend it be paired with the potato salad and little golden potatoes. Admittedly, the venue is very small and can get packed pretty quickly. The seating is kind of bar style and usually means sitting next to strangers. I often wonder why they don't migrate to a bigger space considering the sheer amount of business they receive. The service can be a little slow, packed or not.
