They have some tasty options on the menu. This particular DQ restaurant's building has been recently updated, so my hopes were high. But this visit was a disappointment. The service was very slow and the employees unengaged - no friendly smile nor positive interaction. Once someone came to the counter it seemed like they considered me an imposition rather than a valued customer. I ordered the three taco meal. Once it was ready, I immediately noticed the taco shells were barely filled. When I tasted it, the ground beef tasted way overcooked like they had burned it and were scraping the bottom of the pan. I was hungry, so I ate it anyway and left. To their credit, the tables were clean. There were other customers, locals, who seemed content. There was a line of about 10 cars waiting in the drive through - so apparently they do pretty good business. I would hope my experience was an anomaly and not the usual. Still, next time I'm in town, I will probably go somewhere else.

The breakfast was good, but I was disappointed that all the gluten pancakes and French Toast are gone. As someone with Celiac disease, I loved IHop because of its gluten free pancakes and French Toast. We would come often because they offered that. Sadly those days are gone: Even offering sourdough bread would be a big help, as the sourdough bread breaks down the gluten. We no longer have IHop as our favorite breakfast restaurant now because of no gluten free toast, pancakes, or French Toast options. For those of you that don't have Celiac, IHop is a good breakfast place.
