My MRI was denied based off, "not enough information, must have PT referral." I HAD BEEN IN PT FOR WEEKS by that time. I called Rask's office back to see what the next steps were, I was told "check with your doctor." RASK IS MY DOCTOR?!? Got a referral (from my PCP) to new ortho group. MRI approval in less than 24 hours. MRI scheduled within 3 days of appointment with new ortho group. Rask... let's get into the 21st century and maybe hire "Kathy" an assistant. That was ridiculous.
