Had nothing to do with why I was there, but they saw an issue and took it upon themselves to make sure my new truck looked amazing. Did window tint, PPF wrap, and ceramic coating. They worked with me on the cost and even ultimately upgraded the ceramic coating at no extra cost. Truck looks amazing. I cannot express how amazing the people and their work are here at KleenTech. I won't go anywhere else for these types of services.

It isn't that I believe I am a celebrity and need to hide form the public. But tinted windows make your car look and feel cooler. Since I need all the help I can get when it comes to looking and staying cool, I made the decision to tint my windows. Northshore was super easy to get an appointment. I called, set it up for the next day, and was texted a confirmation. On the day of my appointment I arrived and they immediately went to work. They are a husband and wife team. The husband does the tint and the wife runs the office. Both are super personable and enjoyable to talk with. He does great work installing quality tint and she does a great job of explaining the process and making you feel comfortable. Over the past couple of months I have gotten the front windows of my personal vehicle tinted to match the factory tint. On this job they did a perfect match and it was super fast. I also got all of the windows of my work car tinted which completely changed the look of it. I can't say enough good things about their work. Seriously, I couldn't be more happy. I would upload photos of the tint job but then you would know what I drive. Just picture something cool with perfectly tinted windows.

So yall as a company raised the price for so y'all can't hire an adequate manager to run the car wash. And also they remove the plastic cover that goes on the back of the windshield. I know it probably doesn't do anything but still. It's about the principal. If I could give it a zero stars I would. Because that is how frustrated I am currently.

By the time I finished with the insurance company...my crack was fixed! It's still a bit visible but at least it won't spread! The gas station store is clean but it has a super strong floral smell. The dry cleaners is located inside the store!!

First of all, their pre-wash bug wash is useless. It's watered down and is about as effective as…read morewater. It doesn't work nearly as good as the green stuff at Pelican Pointe. That stuff melts the bugs. This blue stuff wets the bugs and does nothing to dissolve them. Secondly, the signage for pricing is intentionally deceptive. They list all of the expensive options in really large print and circular bubbles, and it looks like $14 is the cheapest wash you can get. Underneath that, in really, really tiny print in a different format, is an option for a $10 wash. I don't like deception. The wash seemed excessively harsh on my paint. I don't think the cloth was as soft as Pelican Pointe. It didn't wash the back window of my truck very well, and no one pre-brushed the back of my vehicle before it went through, even though there were several young men standing around there. Finally, it was hard to vacuum my vehicle with the available nozzles. There was no wide nozzle for floors, and the suction was strong, so it kept getting stuck on the carpet. One of my pet peeves in most car washes was true here as well. The guy telling me to pull forward is talking with other people and not looking at my wheels as he signals with his hands for me to pull forward. If he's signaling me to pull forward, I want him to look at my vehicle. There is no reason for me to return here. There are far better options out there, especially at that price. I did think the music was a nice touch though.
