The rooms are adequate in size, with a mini kitchenette that has a fridge, microwave and kettle/Keurig. The staff were very helpful and friendly, and the breakfast buffet in the morning will cater to most appetites and tastes. As mentioned, the pool is great, being a decent enough size that you can get a proper swim in if so desired, as well as the water slide. The slide is a fair length, even going outside the hotel before curving back in. My son absolutely loved it. Although they provide breakfast, there's no restaurant in the hotel. However, there is a Boston Pizza and Irish Pub within the same parking lot, which provide decent food and a 10% discount if you show your room key. If we ever go back to Drumheller, I will definitely stay here again.

But they had it set up like a little oasis which made it inviting for grandparents to sit on the side lines and watch. The breakfast was pretty decent and very well done covid style. The rooms were nice - the bed could've been a tad bit softer but everything was clean. My only complaint would be the check in. There was a trainee who checked us in and didn't update any credit card information, got our rooms mixed up and it was a huge to do. if I hadn't noticed I would've been paying for all my families room. He was nice but clearly wasn't prepared check ins and could use some more training

The B&B has quite a few rooms, all decorated with cozy quilts in different colors. Four of us slept comfortably in one room with two queen size beds. The rooms are clean and include cable TV, air-conditioning, a mini fridge and hairdryer in the bathroom. We didn't have any problem with noise, as everyone was quite courteous and quiet. And all for a very decent price! Breakfast is served every morning in the kitchen. You get your choice of several different cereals which they have out in tupperware containers, along with toast and various jams and fruit. And of course, there is fresh coffee, tea, and juice. It's a great place for anyone to stay, whether a large family or a couple. There were a couple other families staying there at the same time we were, along with a traveling couple. I would recommend this B&B to anyone traveling to Drumheller. Plus I love supporting local ma&pop operations like this one! It's very true though that the misquitoes in Drumheller are some of the worst around. It doesn't matter if it's morning, afternoon or evening -- you will still get eaten alive. Make sure to bring repellent with you! I would also recommend having a car with you while you're here, since it will make it easier to drive around everywhere (and not have to suffer the misquitoes). Walking is not really your best option in Drumheller!

There was two double beds in the front room, a perfectly working kitchenette with a full sized fridge and smaller stove and a separate bedroom. Yes, the motel is extremely dated. But it's clean, beds are comfy and if you have a group it's nice for everyone to have their own space. We had our own little patio that looked at the gorgeous hills by the highway - yes the highway but if you live in a city you won't even notice the sound. There is an empty green space right behind the motel that is great for kids and dogs to run around. The staff at the motel went above and beyond to help us. Also the TV had HBO and the movie channels! (As a person without cable this was a nice treat! ) WHIFS restaurant is located in the motel and is delicious. Also you get 10% off for your bill for staying in the motel! All in all, this cozy, yet dated, motel is perfect for groups and families.

However, that is where the positives end. Definitely not worth the money. We paid $120.00 for a small room with two double beds, outdated furniture and little space. Unfortunately, nothing is cheap in Drumheller, and this place happens to be one of the cheaper places. It was clean enough, and perfectly safe. Honestly though, next time I will try to find something else an hour or so away from Drumheller and see if that would fit our family better. If you are stuck on staying in Drumheller, and you are on a budget that you need to stretch consider it on your list.

It was only a 15 min drive to Drumheller and it was close to a lot of the tourist sites we wanted to go to. Washrooms were kept clean, but you do need to pay $1 to have a shower (more like $3 for a decent time). We found the water took a good minute to warm up. We got a site with power and water for our tent trailer and there was a picnic table and a small fire pit on our site as well. Sites were pretty close together with not much for privacy. Luckily for us the trailers on either side were empty. They had a nice open area with a park and volleyball net - I could see this campground being a lot of fun with a group of friends in the summer. Our site (#5) backed onto a trail along the river that we could use to walk our dog. Overall a great experience, but more privacy would be nice.
