I love love loved this B&B. It was clean, cozy, and a very comfortable stay! The owners are lovely and friendly folks who will chat with everyone in the kitchen when you're having breakfast. The B&B has quite a few rooms, all decorated with cozy quilts in different colors.
Four of us slept comfortably in one room with two queen size beds. The rooms are clean and include cable TV, air-conditioning, a mini fridge and hairdryer in the bathroom. We didn't have any problem with noise, as everyone was quite courteous and quiet. And all for a very decent price!
Breakfast is served every morning in the kitchen. You get your choice of several different cereals which they have out in tupperware containers, along with toast and various jams and fruit. And of course, there is fresh coffee, tea, and juice.
It's a great place for anyone to stay, whether a large family or a couple. There were a couple other families staying there at the same time we were, along with a traveling couple. I would recommend this B&B to anyone traveling to Drumheller. Plus I love supporting local ma&pop operations like this one!
It's very true though that the misquitoes in Drumheller are some of the worst around. It doesn't matter if it's morning, afternoon or evening -- you will still get eaten alive. Make sure to bring repellent with you! I would also recommend having a car with you while you're here, since it will make it easier to drive around everywhere (and not have to suffer the misquitoes). Walking is not really your best option in Drumheller! read more
