Very disappointed in this company last year called them to come home from urgent care took over an hour for someone to show up after several phone calls. Decided to give them another try a couple of months ago. Had to pick up my son from school again had to wait over an hour for someone to show up after several phone calls to find out where they were never again will I use this company or their affiliates. read more

Worst service ever . Rude and filthy drivers , fleet of broke down cars that shouldn't be on the road ( no heat , fumes coming into the passenger area ) . Avoid at ALL cost . They have the indecency to ask for tip ! You don't need the extra stress and confrontation after a long trip for work . If the option of no stars was offered this would have been their score : NO STAR ! read more

Worst cab company I have ever used. Driver could not find the address even though it was clearly stated, popped the trunk and sat in the car while I loaded by own suitcases, and drove to the airport on Deerfoot (like a maniac) with all the windows down. He also talked on the phone the whole drive, despite this being a clear violation of distracted driving laws. The car interior was filthy, smelled bad, and was full of garbage from previous guests. (the reason I didn't ask to put the windows up) Once at the airport, the driver could not figure out how to use his credit card reader, and after three tries I ended up having to pay with debit. He then unlocked the doors, and I let myself out. Wordlessly, he popped the trunk, and sat in the car (again) while I yanked out my own luggage. Then he peeled away before I was even on the sidewalk. Rude, awful service. I'll never use them again. P.S. Their marginal rating is because they have written their own reviews, giving themselves 5 stars. What a joke! read more

Received a call from the driver 15 minutes late asking for directions as he could not find the address in Panorama Hills. Driver informed me that he would be at my home shortly. Half an hour later I called him back to see where he was. HE WOULD NOT ANSWER HIS PHONE. Checked my order status online and he marked it as fulfilled! This forced me to wake my two year old son at 4am so my wife could drive me to the airport instead just making my flight.

Great prices and very friendly helpful staff. But what I like the most is their honesty. When they say its a 10 minute wait it actually is a 10 minute wait. When they're too overwhelmed with calls they give me an ETA and their drivers call when outside so I don't have to wait in the cold. I appreciate that more than being lied to about a car being 10 minutes away every time i call to check on it..... read more

Everything seemed fine until I opened my door and outside was some party van that looked like an Amazon truck. NO LIMO!!!! When I asked what the hell was going on I was informed that the limo was broken. So instead of sending me another stretch limo or a Hummer limo or truck limo they sent me a van!! I called the woman (apparently the daughter of the owner) and got told to basically pound sand. Sorry never even left her lips. I got attitude and was told it's my fault because I never checked my messages from a few hours ago when she was giving me the heads up!!! Say what!!?? Even if I had checked how the heck could I get another limo in only a couple hours. I also work nights and had very little time to do anything besides get ready before they arrived. But that's not her problem she said. And when I checked my missed calls there was none from this company. Only ProCom Cleaning Services. Well I didn't order cleaning services so even had they called and I seen it I wouldn't of answered a number I don't know. Maybe if this company was more legit they'd have their business attached to their number. I was told I would get no money back and was told I was lucky to get that or I could have gotten nothing and could drive myself!! I have never been more furious at the disgusting customer service. I basically had my money stolen to ride some lame van to my party with my friends. I was told by the driver the owner was in Florida and would contact me and most likely do something for me but that never happened either. For the record this company is the most expensive of all the companies I called! They just had a promo on so I went with them. So please dear lord do yourself a favor and go with another company. And here's just a stating list to help: A-1, AM/PM, Paramount, Ambassador, Quest, Thrive....any of these would be better!!!!! Don't make the same mistake I did!!!!!!!
