Discovered today the shop moved and happy it is still in business when I needed my old glass protector screen replaced. He replaced it while we chatted. Perfectly aligned and clean. WARNING!! While the…read moreperson who did the repairs was nice, they didn't inform me of any of the options of getting my phone repaired. Found out the hard way the reason they are cheaper to replace the broken glass on phones is because they use cheap glass that broke again in 2 days. $380 down the drain, TWICE!! The 2nd replacement glass broke in 4 days even with me being EXTREMELY careful with it. I can't afford to do it again for a 3rd time! I had to pay to get the glass replaced again TWICE so it would have been far less expensive to get the apple quality glass the first time & I would have had I known that. I didn't find that out until the 2nd time I had it replaced (they don't guarantee/warranty this!) & that broke in 4 days! I'm not hard on my phone at all so it's ridiculous that this is their scam! They also said my phone antenna was bad & replaced that. Now since they "fixed" that, it barely works unless I'm hooked up to wifi. It gets stuck & wont advance to the next screen. Since I'm on the road a lot this is VERY difficult to deal with! AND the battery now doesn't hold a charge for longer than 2 hours! This wasn't an issue until they fixed the glass! This is an IPhone 14 Pro Max so it's not old or beat up. BEWARE THEIR SCAMS!!

11.6.25 I am now a true believer of two things. Phone repair…read moreplaces in the mall and the cloud backing up your information. My phone inadvertently got wiped clean back to reset mode. I lost thousands of previous photos, info and dozens of contacts. Supposedly no way to get this stuff back. My screen stopped working. Couldn't do anything on my phone. Couldn't look at anything on my phone nor make calls. I was dead in the water for a couple of days. I went to a verizon store and they were the ones who reset my phone by mistake. Yeah that's a hard one to swallow for me. I'll be remembering that one for quite some time. I digress, so later this same rainy day last week on the day of Halloween I went to this store for help. I am still amazed at what they did. First of all, I didn't get anything back on my phone but I've been able to access it and use it once again. Secondly these guys are done serious techno wizards. They just happen to have a samsung galaxy S9 that has a minor screen issue that they wound be able to install and get me going for least amount of money out of pocket. Or they could order a brand new one and have it the following day. Well, as many of us know it's difficult to do things without our phones these days. And how quickly i found out for the first time in my life. I've never experienced anything like this. I hadn't realized how much easier they make things for us. For even the simplest thing of using an app on your phone to do your banking vs. going in through the website. I opted for them to switch that S9 slightly blemished screen onto mine. Yeah, you can stop laughing now. No, seriously, stop laughing. Ahaha, it's OK, I'm also laughing at how old my phone is. 7 years I've had this baby. I'll be changing to a brand new one this week. So then you can stop laughing. The store is an average small store like in most malls. Easy in and out by the I Hop entrance and then right next to T Mobile. They had me in and out with a screen in under a half hour. Wam, bang boom. These guys really are an amazing bunch of people. I asked the main guy I dealt with because I wanted to give him a shout out but he declined me using his name. I of course respected his privacy and am leaving it out. But this store deserves your business and respect. They do a fantastic job. They know what they're doing and they're not blowing smoke up your hind quarter saying this and that. They tell you what they can do for you or can't with a possible other option. They give your the price and let you decide. No high pressure tactics or anything like that. Their prices are reasonable too. Just as important as their work. Like I said, I'm a true believer in these places now when I used to think they were hacks. Not by a long shot. They're respectable people working hard to gain your trust and your business and the do it with humility. Absolutely amazing quality work from you guys. Thank you for getting me back up and running. Thank you thank you. Appreciate you all :-)

As strange as it is, he video tapes you while inside the business then uses the video on your review to make you take it down. Check out the videos of me below that he posted. Went there on a Saturday and gave the Iranian owner named Majdi my Iphone to fix a cracked screen. End up paying $95 for the "mid" quality screen after he tried to hustle me into paying more. When I went to pick it the phone, he says he put in a screen but the new screen was also SHATTERED but will get a new one on Monday...he says to pay him now (I know, dumb move). After giving me the runaround for days, I go down thurs and he tells me to make an appointment for Friday at 3:30. On Fri at 3:35 he texts me that my appointment is rescheduled for 5:30. I text him that Im done with him giving me the runaround and want a refund in which he says fine. When I drive all the way down there to get a refund, he's all pissed off saying he had a bad day and tells me hes not refunding me unless he gets the shattered screen back. I refused to let this shady MF touch my phone again. I offer to bring the screen back after I get it fixed elsewhere but nope he's not doing it. I got beat for $95 but if I could save a few people from this happening to them its all worth it. Be extremely careful what you give this guy and like I said do not pay cash. Majdi, good luck with your store and bro pay your rent!
