They have also added new photos of their popular dishes and signature vegan entrées. Little Peking remains my favorite spot for Mongolian Beef. The beef is incredibly tender--melt-in-your-mouth delicious with lightly caramelized edges--flash-fried in a thick, glossy soy-ginger sauce. It is generously paired with flash-wilted, vibrant green onions.
