Service was fast and professional. Kenny was fantastic. He called to give me an ETA and when he didn't reach me he texted. He notified me when he would be there, showed up even a bit sooner, and was kind and efficient getting me back into my car. Truly grateful to have such excellent service--especially on a holiday. Highly recommend. read more

Branden arrived in a timely manner, and he even texted me to let me know he'd been delayed by roadwork and gave a new ETA. He showed strong initiative by going online on his phone to research my car issue...which he SOLVED! And, he went beyond good service to excellent service by filling my washer fluid and steering fluid wells a long as the hood was up. As a Senior who is not able to see as well as I used to, this was especially appreciated. I highly recommend Branden. read more

This company is contracted with USAA. We are military VETS. We have auto and real estate with USAA for over 20 years. What unfolded is beyond unacceptable and it has been reported. The actual OWNER himself even super unprofessional and this incident is getting reported with a case number with USAA. I used roadside assistance with USAA app. A guy did show named YEESHUA ARMANI his pack was small and barely juiced my vehicle enough I asked if I could get one more jump which he said he only had 25%. He gave his business card and hopped into his vehicle and took off. I was so confused I used his card and called him and asked if he was coming back. He said he told the company I needed a tow and that's all he offered which keep in mind that isn't how roadside works. A brand new request needs sent so I did that and the request say pending so eventually I ended up canceling. I sent another request to get a jump when it sat pending and pending I decided to call this company RAPID VALLEY ROADSIDE. The guy said he was doing paperwork and that he is the owner and he doesn't know why the call is being routed to him after I explained what happened. He took the info and was to call me back to no avail so I called him again and he rang and rang went to a VM that the box is full and hung up so I called again he finally answers telling me how he's having a bad day and I am f%#king making it worse and slams the phone and hangs up. I have emailed USAA corporate and have a case on this situation. Please do yourselves a favor and don't contact this company. It was 10pm at night and all of this took up to 3 hours and I was left stranded in a dark car wash. I have many witnesses and this isn't going to be ignored. I hope this never happens to anyone else. ****As aside note the positive reviews are not the actual company they are independent contractors so if the assistance was decent it is the actual contractor NOT THE COMPANY. read more

I have been waiting for over 3 hours. This service is worse than tripe A I called customer service to find out where the driver was since I kept getting the run around of "of oh its gonna be 25 minutes. That was 2 hours ago. I spoke to Adam and he started yelling at me because he said he is tired of people calling to complain. He said they are short 4 people. then hung up on me twice. His customer service is the worse I have ever experienced. He obviously can't handle the job. I only used this service because it what the rental company Turo uses. SI I call Turo to find out where the driver is and Rapid canceled the call. So I have been waiting over 3 hours just for then to cancel. This company is so unprofessional. I asked Adman for his manager and supervisors number he said "I'm the owner and there's no one to complain to and hung up on me again. I am going to write reviews on every site and make sure ppl know how unprofessional Adamnthe so called owner works. I have worked in customer service for over 30 years and I know how to work under pressure. Maybe Adam needs a hug read more

I have a roadside assistance with my insurance. Tonight I requested services and was sent a 90 to 120 minutes. I called tp verofy it would be that long and was told that he would have the driver call and that he was in Dublin. After an hour there were no calls but the map then showed the driver was in Oakland which was the opposite direction of Brentwood. The person who picked up the phone kept telling me he would have the driver call me. No one ever called me. I called several times and said I was losing patience as I had a baby in the car. I called the 209 number and that guy said I was rude. I hope your calls are monitored so you can hear how unprofessional your employees are. I have to leave my car and try to uber home. I will be reporting this to the insurance company. While I still need help I am trying to join Triple A due to this experience read more

Two other companies attempted to assist me with retrieving keys out of the trunk to my brand new 2021 Toyota Camry. The first guy failed after hardly putting any effort. The second company was able to help me open the doors but still failed to get my keys. It was a nightmare until I spoke with Adam from Rapid Valley Roadside. Adam arrived at my destination quicker than the other two companies, retrieved my keys out of my trunk, and back into my hands. Thank you, Adam and Rapid Valley Roadside for your service and efficiency! read more
