I recently had a flood under the floor of my kitchen, the result of a leaking pipe in the laundry room. I opened a claim with my insurance company, AAA, who then sent Rapid Response Restoration to begin the remediation. Ed Coffman, who owns the company, got in touch with me within 15 minutes of my phone call to AAA. He had his people working on my problem within a few days. The problem was diagnosed and effectively and efficiently addressed.
Throughout the entire process, from sending to workmen to contacting a plumber to repair the leak (Ed even paid the plumber's $65 fee to inspect and evaluate the leaking pipe). Ed coordinated everything - even setting up the replacement of the floor. Additionally, he kept in touch with me throughout the entire 2-month process, always checking with me to see that things were being done properly and in a timely manner. There were several incidents in which a problem arose as a result of a workman's mistake; Ed saw to it that the mistake was corrected, once even sending the workman back to my house that same afternoon. In short, he turned a situation, which would have been a nightmare, into a stressful-but-manageable process. Ed insists that his customers be 100% satisfied, and he certainly demonstrated that principle with my situation.
I emphatically recommend Rapid Response. I just wish that the rating included more than five stars, since that number is not nearly high enough. read more
