This actually worked out great because it gave me 3 days in which I got 2 other estimates before WILLIAM BOGSCH PLUMBING AN HEATING came out and gave me his estimate. After assessing the problem (to which I already knew what it was) He took 15min, came back in and explain to me step by step on how he would fix it as well as what I'm paying for and how it pertain to the estimate. And I'm glad I was patient and waited the extra day for them to come out because they were 1200 cheaper than the first guy and 800 cheaper than the second. I mean those are pretty big differences which made me a little skeptical of maybe there quality. Well, there's no more skepticism. They do Phenomenal work! I will be using them from now on.

Did a great job! So when I needed a plumber again for a Shower drip and a toilet leak, I called again. Made an appointment for 1 pm. Waited all day and finally came at 5 pm. I was upset but I had already waited all day so I went ahead. Blaise showed. I took him to the drippy shower. I had the part already. It was a matter of taking the faucet off and replacing a washer filter. The second project was the dripping toilet. Blais said that it was a faulty flapper and he didn't have the part but would run to the Lowe's to get one. A BASIC flapper and he didn't have one with him!! I asked - before he went to Lowe's - to tell me how much the project would be. He said $300!!! for a detachable flapper and a washer in a shower where I provided the part?! I said never mind, he was free to leave. He said he knew what the going rate was and his price was fair. I told him "Fair or not, I'm not paying $300 for a 15 minute job and especially since you kept me waiting for 5 hours." Blais said "What do you care, you work from home! " I asked his name and he told me but then asked if I was leaving a review. I said I probably would. He then offered to do the whole job for free as long as I promised not to leave a review! As if I'd trust him to do anything ever in my home!! I asked him to leave and he started yelling that I was going to ruin a man's business and livelihood over being late and expensive! (You can't make this stuff up!) I had to sternly demand that he leave my home at once!!! He did. And I then fixed the shower in 10 minutes on my own. The next day I bought a $17 Fluidmaster kit and fixed the toilet MYSELF! He had misdiagnosed the problem. It wasn't the flapper, it was the gasket. So for $17 and 30 minutes of my time, I save $300. The lady who answers the phone (Blaise's wife) is very professional and considerate and accommodating And apologetic. But Blais behaved horribly, was irresponsible and inconsiderate in 5 hours tardiness, was rude to expect me to be inconvenienced in such a way because I work from home, and didn't even diagnose the problem properly! Thank you, YouTube and DIY channel. It has liberated women like nothing else has! I'll never call Done Right again!

There was some old, degrading wire that we discovered and needed to have removed/replaced. William contacted me quickly, reviewed photos of the job, and gave me a fair quote. Ryan came out a few days later at my request, they would have come out sooner but my schedule didn't allow it. Ryan took care of the main problem. A couple days later NMA came back from a trip and noticed part of his room had no power. I contacted them again and they advised they will be right out. They came, found that the connection to the panel was loose, They made sure that everything was working before they left. William and Ryan were responsive, friendly and professional. Their price was fair. I would recommend them and would use them again.

These men are NOT certified or licensed. I repeat, they…read moreare NOT licensed. I urge you to look elsewhere. They hire out help from guys who are not licensed and will come to your home and quite possibly cause you more havoc than good. Ask them up front for licensing, insurance and if they are registered as electricians, plumbers, etc. The man who says that he is in charge is operating under the identity of another man listed as the business owner. They have different phone numbers and if you catch him off guard he will tell you his real name is either Lewis when his name is William :/ This young man sent out guys to my property that had no idea what they were doing. They tampered with both my electrical and plumbing and I had to have the work assessed by a professional and take pictures and make records of everything for legal reasons. It is very possible that many of these yelp reviews are from family and friends or paid third party. Be very careful who you let in your home. ALWAYS ask for their detailed paperwork and match it up with their driver's license if you have to. Whatever it takes because there is A LOT of fraud out here nowadays. I learned the hard way and I'm trying to help others not to have to. Wish you all the best in your home projects.

He also came out the same day to assess the issue and was super nice. He spent the time to answer our questions, talk to us about what he thought was going on, and clearly explained what the process would be to fix the problem. Within a day and a half he had a quote over to us with a breakdown & description of the work that needed to be done. This was a two-day job and they were on time both days and worked relentlessly in the August heat and humidity to make sure it was done properly and within the expected time frame. Chad and Jordan even took the time out during the work process to show me what they were doing and explain why they were doing it. When the inspector came out to assess the job half way through, he commented that the job looked great and was one of the best he had seen like this. When the job was ready to wrap up they did a nice job at cleaning up and doing what they could to ensure there wasn't a big mess left behind. Barber & Sons is a family-owned, local business which I prefer compared to the larger, more corporate businesses. They take pride in their work and it shows in their professionalism, customer-service and quality of work.
