This guy was called out to repair a used machine that I had purchase 4 years ago. He came out and…read moreworked for a few minutes and then said they would be back after lunch. They never returned. When I looked at the machine this morning, I discovered that they had changed the lock, and disabled the machine. I called to ask what what was going on, and they said that the previous owner of the machine owed them money, and that I needed to pay the bill incurred by this "previous" owner and that it was typical policy to disable any machines that they find that any previous owners owe them money. He then tried to convince me that it wasn't worth repairing anyway. I opened up the machine after having to drill out the lock he put on, and discovered that he had stolen the $80 or so dollars in change out of the machine, and also stripped about $800 in parts out of the machine. He then changed the locks to try and prevent anyone from seeing what he did. Do yourself a favor and avoid this crook. Police report filed with Claremore police for theft and vandalism, the officer could not believe the story until he investigated it for himself. Do not use this guy.

We had called another plumber. After he tried to snake out our sewer line, he was unsuccessful in clearing the line. He said couldn't fix the problem and just left us with the same problem. This is a very unsettling situation. When a professional can't fix a problem & you are stuck like that! Mike from Phoenix came out that same day, worked about 30-45 mins getting the sewer line snaked out until he was able to get the blockage cleared. I was so, so grateful to him for his responsiveness & diligence getting the job done. I highly recommend him!

The "Job Foreman" (my words) was super nice and we were very comfortable having him and his crew in our house for several days while they completely replaced our central heat and air with mini-splits (highly recommended). He followed up several times and was quick to respond to questions after the job was done. He, too, was focused on making sure we got what we wanted. Great prices, but if you are a bargain shopper, I definitely suggest coming after the first day to get the best prices on amazing treasures!
