Horrible customer service Bought a $27 phone charger…read moreclearance rack in a closed box with alarm cover on it. It was originally $59 so I thought I was getting a high quality charger. Turns out that it did not work. Brought it back the very next day and s would not refund it or provide store credit "since it is clearance". Non functional item with no refund. Spoke to the manager James, who refused to help other than offer me a phone number to call some corporate headquarters. I have better things to do with my time then spend two hours on the phone for a $27 refund. What I did learn from this is despite my attempts to support my local brick and mortar store the terrible customer service has lost me. I will be using Amazon from this point on. At least their return policy is better than this place. One day when the out of business sign goes up, I will not be surprised.
