Sent pictures of all material to pick up, agreed on price, scheduled time to come pick up for next day. An hour before pick up, he changes his mind and asks for additional $250, and says he will "discount it" to additional $200. Blames me for the price difference even though nothing changed and pictures were provided. read more

I made a mistake booking a tasker from task Rabbit for disassembling our bed frame and hauling it and 1 other furniture. Well to cut the story short, i ended the conversation and the tasker left not even 5 minutes after he got to our house. I requested a quote from yelp and Alejandro from Rapid junk removal got back to me asap and with a fair price. 7/11: removal day: Alejandro sent me a reminder, called for updated schedule the removal day. They we're prompt and reliable and took my box springs without extra fee when we asked them to take it with them. I will use them again. read more

Let me back up. I had called to make sure Western Elite was a transfer station ( I am new to the area). The lady was very helpful and asked where I was and she helped me locate the closes one to me. She also gave me the price per ton at each location. I was surprised by how helpful they were. The dump/transfer station is easy to drive to and dump whatever you are hauling. You throw your waste on the ground and it is great for dump trailers. Some transfer stations have you through your trash in the actual trailer which is a pain due to having to throw the garbage or waste over rails.

My sister and I have recently became caregivers for our parents. We had a very short time period to move my parents out of their house which meant going through all of the items in their whole house. There was so much to deal with especially discarded items and trash. The only way we were able to move my parents was with help and we are so thankful for Alejandro and Rapid Junk Removal.
