I've been going to Lysa for a little over a decade now and she never ceased to amaze me. Last week I visited her and as she was taking my pulse, she asked me if I had been drinking? I don't drink, aside from Kombucha (which has small traces of alcohol). She told me something was going on with my liver, my blood levels were low and she also mentioned my liver was doing a lot of detoxing. I was confused for a moment, then I remembered I had been drinking several cups of a tea called "Food for the Blood" for a few weeks. She told me to stop drinking it.
