The owner / head lawyer (initials OS) was rude and dismissive. I asked a few questions he couldn't answer and he became irate and started using curse words. Then I asked him about certain laws and he told me everything I was saying was wrong, wrong, wrong! I was reading the laws directly from the NH.gov website, but apparently he thinks he knows the law better than the lawmakers who made the law? Then, when I mentioned the name of the opposing attorney he started raising his voice and calling her derogatory names. (By his reaction I can only assume that she kicked his butt in court more than once). He might be a decent lawyer? But his attitude makes me think he's a frustrated lawyer, without many clients. I finally told him that I didn't have any money for his retainer, because I figured it was the easiest way to get him to end the call, and less rude than me just hanging up on him. It worked. I'm giving two stars because the lady who answered the phone was a genuine sweetheart. Nice, friendly, and very pleasant. So that's 5 stars for her, but minus 3 stars for him and his whiny attitude. If you're looking for a lawyer that can represent your interests you can definitely do better than this guy.
