I reached out to the office in regard to a relocation case. I spoke with Taylor over the phone and gave her more information about what the case would include. Taylor took notes and told me an attorney would contact me shortly. I did not even receive a phone call just an email stating they will not be able to represent me. I find this frustrating because even though I gave them a lot of detail they didn't even take the time to give any explanation as to why they won't take the case. I would not recommend this firm. They have caring ads on TV and when you call, they don't help. I called as I was being subjected to "chemical warfare" in my apt. for months, housing would do nothing. I explained all the steps and the intake person kept referring to upstairs. I told her three times there was no upstairs, apts. in line on one story. I gave all information of my health suffering etc. Within two hours I rec'd email stating they couldn't help me. No free consultation offered. My life and my cat's mean nothing to them. Caring, nope! read more

i do NOT recommend this law firm to anyone. i spent two days giving them information and sending them pictures, had to step away from work a few times to do so. i asked before i even gave them information, that if it wasn't something they could help me with, if they could point me in the appropriate direction. this morning i get a call stating that they cannot help me, and i asked for a reason and the lady said "i don't know", and that was it. didn't point me in a correct direction at all. they do not care. I hired S&G to draw up my Trust in 2016. I am now updating and requested my original file be returned. I received the originals but I also requested that my file be removed from their system. They refuse to remove it. I requested that they cite the laws that they so generally refer to and they refused stating simply that they have the right to keep a copy and do not have to cite the law for me! They completely refuse to provide to me the reasons for retaining a copy of my file. As a paying client, I find their response pretty callous. They are only interested in the money and not the well being of their clients. read more
