I am so happy that i went with Cohen and Winters after researching different DUI lawyers and comparing reviews and prices, found them to be the most affordable and best rated. Jonathan and his team walked me through the whole confusing and long process and even went above and beyond for me to make sure I understood what was going on in "ordinary people terms" since most of the lawyer and court mumbo jumbo seemed like Farsi to me. Highly recommend them, they really care about their clients and like I stated before they went above and beyond for me and my unique situation. Whenever someone asks me which law firm I used, I cannot say enough positive things about Shaheen & Gordon, Tracey Cote, and her amazing team. The level of care, expertise, and support I received throughout this process was truly exceptional, and I will gladly recommend your firm to anyone in need of outstanding legal representation.

Getting to doctor's appointments, running errands, making meals, doing laundry, navigating stairs, walking to the corner mailbox, paying bills, using my computer, tablet, smart phone, taking prescriptions on time and correctly. None of this seems to have gotten through to my alleged attorney and her alleged assistant. Getting through the telephone Gate Keeper is difficult enough but to then be lectured to by MS, belittled and reminded of all of the things I can no longer do well was a humiliating experience for me. And the inability/unwillingness to actually learn about my new relationship with my illness and with technology was stark. Almost as bad as it was with my former employer. The sad fact is that hiring an attorney ain't like hiring a mechanic. If your mechanic gives you back your vehicle and it's not running correctly your mechanic takes another crack at it. Not so with attorneys! If you have a question or comment you're told that you are no longer represented by "The Firm" and you are left to flounder. Even when another lawyer looks at your "file" and has questions about what happened you are ignored. I have no problem admitting that I may, at times, be unpleasant but I am NOT stupid. I know how people speak to me and I am not so addle-headed as to not realize when I am being insulted. I may have sold my vehicles, be homebound, communicate sporadically but I am not a cadaver. I still have enough fight in me to remind HB that I am still alive and wellish and will not give up the fight. All I wanted was FAIR representation, to keep my Remote Call Center Minion position and slowly adjust to this new El Crappy life. That didn't exactly happen. I have had to do it entirely on my own using Copilot and Gemini to even get this put on the Internet. Sadly I am still reviewing the alleged "work product" and have been a bit dismayed. Stick up for yourself, find someone who is as charged as you are about your situation and look for people with passion, empathy, compassion and a sense of righteous indignation! Yes I said it and I will say it over and over again!
