Both companies have ignored mine the government's repeated attempts to resolve this issue peacefully and I am not the only one, some of my old colleague have also not been payed their wage on time or at all. When I went to the owner Richard in person to discuss this issue he told me it wasn't his problem but it is, he is legally obligated to pay me and isn't and I won't let him get away with not doing it. He didn't offer any form of compensation for 2 cold inedible mains and for the undercooked side I would have to come into o the restaurant and spend more money. I have also had to spend several hours being pushed from pillar to post as no one takes responsibility for fixing the issues. Customer service is non existent. Working as an Event Manager and having been recently venue based in Carnaby Street I can absolutely say I would NEVER leave a repeat customer so unhappy. Word of mouth from unhappy customers is extremely damaging. Previously I would have been happy to recommend this venue but due now primarily to the managers handling of my complaint this will now not be the case.
