We have had other vendors try to remove it however they were successful. I tried Dawn dish soap and a scrub brush attachment on a drill and got some decent results. I reached out to Kahuna and requested an in person appointment through their website. I received a text stating they received it and would schedule. I received several texts about the date and them coming by, I reiterated, several times, that I wanted to be there when they stopped by to discuss the issues we were having. No response, no one showed up, we have cameras on the property and know if anyone approached the house....no one came. The next day I received a bid via email for standard house washing and and additional line item stating the option to acid wash the house and pricing was on a per square foot basis. no total cost, no price, just a open line item. Then I started getting emails about scheduling the work. They ignored my request to meet on site. They didn't even show up on site. It is as if I am being told...screw you just give us your money. Why would anyone want to do business with them when you are treated like that? I have unsubscribed, twice now, from their automated emails and text messages. Hopefully they will stop today.

They stayed top of mind and that's what ended up making the difference! The team member arrived behind the provided schedule, but wasn't a problem. Their details noted that nobody needed to be home so I was working in the basement, and didn't hear them ring the doorbell. I didn't realize they needed to come in to take the screens off! It appeared the person didn't get my phone number, so poor guy had to wait until I noticed the ring camera notification to be let in.
