My review is for the shooting range. It was my first time shooting. It was an easy process and not too pricey for an hour of shooting.

Overall, I've had pretty decent experiences with this range. Staff seems good, but asking a lot of times if you want a membership. My only issue is they do not offer an annual membership pay option. That's probably a corporate decision not based on this particular range. Good selection of firearms and ammo. Prices as expected from a corporate store. I don't mind the ranger sweeping the shell casings as I tend to step on them. At the end of my sessions, I always sweep my own brass. read more

I just visited the Goodlettsville Range USA for the first time yesterday. Very helpful staff, a terrific inventory of firearms and accessories, and I really enjoyed their clean, modern shooting range. I've already signed up for a membership, and I'm sure that I will be spending plenty of time there in the upcoming months. read more

As a newer shooter, I have loved coming to Range USA! Range USA has excellent classes, a great membership, friendly,helpful, and knowledgeable staff. I also enjoy attending the Lady Sure Shots club the 2nd Saturday of each month. It's free, and is a great way to get to socialize with other women in the community while doing something we all enjoy. Their facilities are very clean, and I always feel comfortable and welcome coming in! Would highly recommend! read more

Range staff are unfriendly, unprofessional, and otherwise not qualified to hold their positions. Managment seems to be apathetic at best. The only saving grace for this place is its decent selection and prices, if you're looking for the most common firearms and ammo, this is the place. Although don't expect most of the staff to know what they're talking about. Overall, treat it like the gun version of Walmart. read more

Took my son and daughter in law to take the distillery tour4 and everything was excellent. Our tour guide is Karen, and she did a great job. She was knowledgeable, very friendly, and devoted time to everyone in the group. Karen gets 5 stars only because 10 stars are not available! I would recommend anyone do the tour, and having Karen as your guide is a bonus! read more

Went with some friends to shoot at Range U.S.A. in Goodlettsville. Two of my friends got memberships but I wasn't going to. They signed me up for a membership from behind the counter anyway and I didn't notice when I was signing on their screen. I didn't notice the charges for several months and now they won't take the charges off. I am more than a little disappointed, I feel like I was conned for $200 dollars. Careful what you sign in this place or they will get you anyway they can. read more

Yea....No. Just don't go here. There are a handful of gun ranges in the Middle TN area, and this is one that you should avoid. Staff aren't helpful, they are somewhat arrogant, and completely uneducated. I went in just to take a look around, and ask about a few handguns, and I was met with lack of information, no responses to my comments when handling the firearms, and inability to even relate as a firearm owner. I have not been to their range inside, but from what i've heard from people in the community, they are strict. So strict to the point that it feels like the range officers don't even want you shooting your guns on the range. Avoid this place and don't give this corporation your money. Royal Range is the best range in nashville, go there instead lol. read more

they charge a FULL fee for someone just to WATCH! You also have to buy your own goggles. definitely prefer guns n leather where they will let family members watch for free and they provide goggles and ear protection read more

Just finished my first time shooting at this specific location. Had encounters with at least 6 of the employees and they were all wildly friendly and helpful. Had some great convos and a great experience. Only gripe is the fact that they dont have a 100 yard range like some of the others. I read the one star reviews... These people should have given three stars for their trivial issues. A one star review is more serious than the little problems they listed. Great range. read more

The worst range I've ever been to and I've been to the Chatham county range where there are no staff. THE MANAGER WAS SUPER AGGRESSIVE AND IM ACTUALLY SCARED HE WILL COME TO MY HOME. I FILLED OUT THE FFL AND JE HAS MY INFO. He refused my transfer and spoke to me aggressively about how I spoke to my wife. Then he began to posture that he would physically harm me. So I told him to cancel my membership and he still wouldn't help. I left without doing the transfer and I may be out 2300 dollars. I RECOMMEND ROYAL RANGE BELIEVE TN there so much more down to earth and not miserable at work. They actually great you and want to help. read more

So I purchased a new firearm here. Went to shoot it 2 days later. After 20 rounds the trigger mechanism broke. Called the store and the response was "not our problem" and " deal with the manufacturer". Offered no service or support. Now I'm stuck having to deal with this own my own. Basically I'm out $650 with an unsafe firearm. Would suggest never to shop here. read more

This place, hands down, has the best customer service I've had, anywhere. Certain employees customer service voices were a little forced, but they care enough to try. Membership seems very worthwhile, I just wish there was a location closer to home. Range safety officers are constantly present, and in constant contact with the front staff, store was clean, organized, and well maintained. I would recommend this store to anyone. read more

My buddy and I did the personal class/training and we loved it! Wes and the manager (whose name I forgot) were very kind and helpful! The scheduling system they use apparently is faulty, so I think corporate has gotta find a way to fix the system, but the manager and especially Wes was so kind and helpful in solving the problem we had, and they walked us through all of our options. It's a new building, the range is nice, and the people are welcoming. I would return.
