I am new to the area and I had not shot a pistol for many years much less at an indoor range. I was impressed the moment I walked through the door. Yes, the showroom is clean and organized but what impressed me the most were the employees. Sadly, I am unable to remember the gentleman's name at the counter but he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, especially since DE firearms laws are now in a state of confusion.
Moving forward to the actual range was another pleasant experience. Mike was the Range Master on this particular day. His professionalism and courtesy was far beyond my expectations. He clearly explained how the range is managed and what is expected of the members, occasional customers and/or their guests.
Upon entering the actual range I was greeted by Jessica who was the Range Manager. She maintained the continuity that was my initial impression upon my arrival, pure professionalism. I had explained to her that I was a bit nervous due to the fact it had been awhile since I shot a pistol much less the the one I possessed was a new purchase from them and it was it's first time out. Some back story? I purchased both the pistol sight/experience unseen and a membership shortly after I made my purchase based solely on one visit to look around; that is how confident I was to do business with them.
Once my session on the range was over and we were out in the range's lobby, Jessica's personality really came to the forefront. She was kind enough to show me around the area. She took time from her job to show me the laser practice range where things are a bit more relaxed. It is here where you can be a bit more comfortable with your fun because you are not dealing with a tool that is, pardon the pun, being targeted due to the misuse by people who should not have access to firearms because their loved ones are lackadaisical in their care. I digress...
I cannot stress enough that the motto of Range Time is more than a motto. It truly is;"Time well spent" as exemplified not only by the facility itself but more so by the employees who work there. They firmly believe the more educated and/or familiar you are with your firearm, the more relaxed you will be and the more enjoyment you will have in being prepared should a worst case scenario happen in your life. read more
