Will was a very personable owner. As soon as we walked in he spoke and shook your hand to make you genuinely feel welcome in his domain! The first thing Will had us try was using tennis balls against the wall so you can massage your back, glutes, and thighs. To start the class off we did dynamic stretches to make sure we get the blood flowing (which Will spoke about to explain the reasoning behind it), then we were introduced to the exercise stations. The stations consisted of tire flips, battle ropes, kickboxing, ab work with the balls and I actually realized we forgot about the planks...oopie daisy. To top the workout off Will had us do a very short jog over to the water (which is across the street) so we could do the post workout. He explained all the moves and gave reasoning as to why he would present this as a workout for his class. If you need a great workout and would love to learn more about health and wellness Will is your man!! His business is running a special for classes right now, so make sure to jump on that if you are interested in coming to his gym!! I will recommend this facility to people!! P.S Will is a dog lover...especially has a heart for pit bulls...so he is the best in my book!! Thanks so much Will for being so pleasant and allowing me to see your handsome pit!!!
