The woman who took her place is rude, condescending, and doesn't seem to understand her job. We do all of our banking at Honor Credit Union and will be transferring our mortgage from "Embers" asap. Honor keeps their employees, which is a clear sign that the business is being run well. They are friendly and helpful and call us by name as soon as we pull up or walk in. Love Honor CU! After banking with them for over a year, they still refused to deposit my retirement checks without a 10-day hold. 10 business days plus 2 weekends plus a possible holiday is a long time to wait for cash which is rightfully mine. There was a history of the checks clearing and no reason to question them. Wells Fargo (which I hate) was able to deposit and make funds available immediately. MCFCU was unable to tell me why they couldn't do the same.
