It was definitely a full-service experience! I wish the ATM network was more robust in the Upper Peninsula. They've added video teller machines that are readily accessible on evenings and weekends. After banking with them for over a year, they still refused to deposit my retirement checks without a 10-day hold. 10 business days plus 2 weekends plus a possible holiday is a long time to wait for cash which is rightfully mine. There was a history of the checks clearing and no reason to question them. Wells Fargo (which I hate) was able to deposit and make funds available immediately. MCFCU was unable to tell me why they couldn't do the same.
