I accepted the quote but and was told I would find out the following week when we would be scheduled. Never heard from them. I called the office 2 times to question when I would be scheduled. The office Asst said call back next week if you don't hear back. I did and was told someone would call me the following day. To this day I am still waiting. I guess our job was just too small and they truly were not interested. I find it hard to believe a tree company is so busy that they can't even call back after a month. The team did a great job with their amazing spider lift to go up at least 60' to clear a large limb from one of our trees. Definitely a scary job, but they were up to the task. You would never know they were even in our yard with the marvelous clean-up they did of the leaves and miscellaneous branches that fell along with the tree limb. Absolutely going to request the "A" team for our next round of tree work by Sav-A-Tree!!!!
