The guy sent me reply stating that he was the tow truck driver. I responded right away, and followed up with a call. The guy didn't answer so I called him twice and left him voice messages. He didn't answer not called me back. After an hour of wait, I decided to call the office of Kissimmee Towing Service and spoke with the same woman. She told me that the driver wasn't coming to pick up my stalled vehicle. She said that she sent the driver onto another call. I asked her why she didn't call me to let me know and she lied saying that she had called me. This is a very unreliable towing company and I'll never recommend them.
