when I called for a tow, the price was 220$. nothing crazy, but when they got there and realized…read morethe car needed a jump as well, they told me I'd have to pay $80 for it. Something that takes maybe five minutes. Now this policy is nowhere to be found on their website and they don't tell you until you're right there on the side of the road with them, and then you have no choice. I called to make sure this driver and her son that she brought with her weren't scamming me, and he lost it, saying he reserves the right to refuse service to customers with a "bad attitude." Mind you, my attitude was no worse than anyone who would be told $80 for a jump when you ALREADY PAID for a tow. btw the tow truck driver and her son were no help whatsoever, I've never seen two people less qualified to tow a truck, nor have I ever needed to participate when the truck is towed, no matter if it needed a jump or not. On top of it all they said it had to be Zelle, what an unprofessional business. Call someone else if you need a tow, absolutely ridiculous.

The woman that I spoke with told me that she sent the tow truck but he never came. Minutes later I received a call but I was on the phone and responded with a "Can I call you later" message. The guy sent me reply stating that he was the tow truck driver. I responded right away, and followed up with a call. The guy didn't answer so I called him twice and left him voice messages. He didn't answer not called me back. After an hour of wait, I decided to call the office of Kissimmee Towing Service and spoke with the same woman. She told me that the driver wasn't coming to pick up my stalled vehicle. She said that she sent the driver onto another call. I asked her why she didn't call me to let me know and she lied saying that she had called me. This is a very unreliable towing company and I'll never recommend them.
