I said, its not the volume its the quality of the call. She started with, we are 5 hours out for doing any jobs. I asked her to repeat to make sure i heard her correctly. She then yelled I can't come out for 24 hours. We are busy until tomorrow. I asked 24 hours? That seems like a long time when you just said a much shorter time. She screamed I am the owner and hung up. Experience started great when I was dealing with the driver. Made all the conveyances for them to do the tow, to be greeted by a grumpy angry lady yelling because I could not hear her through her muffled phone. In my neighborhood the HOA has no parking on street signs and has a contract with this town…read morecompany. I was parked in front of my house, which is on an inlet, (mind you not a road) because there is not enough parking. I went inside to take a quick shower and when I came back to my car being up to a tow truck, the guy told me that it would cost $200 for him to drop it when it was parked on an inlet for the townhouses. When pointing this out the tow truck driver began to yell at me how I continued to park there even after being towed 3 times before (my car has never been towed away). So when I asked to see the tow company's policy on dropping the car he refused and began wenching my car up. He also had me pay him directly with either cash or Venmo and gave no receipt.
