Job was to be completed in 4 days and over 2 weeks later was not completed. would not show up when stated he would be there and had trouble communicating with me when he would come. craftsmanship was not good either. Ended up having to pay him after he was upset when I presented a lower amount due to the concerns. Ended up letting him go and having to hire someone else to redo it all.
