Yep... broken water pump and overheating... Mind you, this GMC 2018 Sierra (fully paid off)... has gotten me completely cross country back in October, 2024... with no issues, not even a scratch... Vehicle is towed to Bob's Service Center at 10 am that day... Not Bob, but Josh... "Let's see, water pump, coolant and belt tensioner assembly need replacing... it'll be ready by two..." Josh was right on schedule... Professional, thorough, and kind... Picked up the vehicle... warranted work for 2 years/24,000 miles... back on the freeway I went... only a few hours delay... but no matter... the vehicle must be reliable... It was... Coldest day in White River Junction... This driver and owner will seek these gentlemen out for future auto repairs... they are simply the best... And kind... They explained everything... I reached out to the shop multiple times to express my concerns. I was told they would review the situation and contact me, but after more than three months and several follow-up attempts, I still have not received a response. Based on my personal experience, I felt that my concerns were not taken seriously, and I was left without answers or a resolution. Because of this experience, I lost confidence in the quality of the work and would not return. They broke several pieces of the vinyl siding on the outside of the house (and I think they would have just left it if I hadn't mentioned it), and then they simply caulked the cracks with silicone. He said that he told me when they made the estimate that damage to siding was to be expected, but he didn't actually tell us that. They elected not to use a drop-cloth outside, leaving me to clean up bits of spray foam from the demolition work with a shop-vac after they left. Then, I found no less than 2 dozen nails in the grass! The trim was only tacked up with a few nails; it wasn't level and wiggles around. There are handprints on the window sashes, too. I did call and have them come back to pick up the nails. Hope they got them all ... they were galvanized so a magnet wouldn't work. For the $$$ we paid in labor, I definitely expected workers who could clean up after themselves and take a little more pride in their work.

DO NOT GO! They are dishonest and will mess up your car…read more I previously thought that Forward's garage is an honest mechanics place and had good prices. Boy was I WRONG. I had ALL my brake lines changed at Forward's garage due to normal rusting. They charged me $400, which is very reasonable price. What I didn't find out until 1 year later when I took my car to another mechanic for oil change (due to cheaper pricing availabe) was that they used COMPRESSION FITTINGS on all my brake lines. They are literally putting my family and my life at risk! Brake lines should use union fittings to withstand the high pressure, not compression fittings. I called Forward's garage after I realized what they did. THey then told me "compression fittings are not illegal in New Hamspshire" and gave me the NH DMV number to call. Fine! u bastards, it's not illegal in NH, but it's illegal in many other states! I am moving to MA in the future, and it's illegal there. I can't believe you are putting my life at risk and charge me $400 bucks for it. I WILL NEVER come to you again.

It missed my windshield- but completely shattered the tempered glass panel above my windshield. While it was glass damage, it was considered a comprehensive claim on my insurance. Over a two week period I tried Safelite, Portland Glass, Granite State Glass, Kidders Automotive and Lebanon Volvo Volkswagen. None would touch the car. A friend told me to call Sean/Jasmin and I stopped in. They gave me an estimate and worked with my insurance ASAP. The part needed? ended up being on a national back order with no ETA. It took a little while - but the part was located and ordered. They installed it and kept the car indoors overnight to let the urethane seal cure. I just picked it up, it looked exactly like it came from the factory. When I went to pay? It ended up being so much cheaper that my jaw literally hit the floor and I was extremely confused lol. This place does great work and they obviously value their customers. I literally can't say enough good things about this place and everyone out front and in back. These reviews speak for themselves, and I'd recommend anyone that needs work done to check with Jasmin first! The enterprise rental office is in the same building and makes it obscenely easy to do everything at the same place.

We had a problem involving the installation of a kayak carrier to the roof rails of my best friend's Subaru. Supposedly qualified personal had managed to push the vehicle's roof rails way out of alignment, and we were looking at replacing the rails and their supports. This could have ended up costing us around $2,000+/- in roof and rail repairs. Dan looked at the problem, and said he could definitely fix it. We were greatly relieved, but upset about the looming bill. Later that day, the roof-top kayak-holder was soundly in place and the rails and their footings were perfect. The seals around the roof gaskets were tight and strong, despite some having been lifted by 1/2 inch or more after defective installations. Dan told us no massive repairs had been in order, and he ended up charging us NOTHING! Perhaps he felt bad for all we had gone through with other repair facilities, but we can still hardly believe it! Dan runs a high-quality repair shop that only does the work that is needed, when many companies would have added unnecessary services that cost the earth, moon, and any kids we had along the way. I mean, how often do any of us get this kind of care, service, and honesty when we need automobile repairs? As far as we're concerned, Collision Works is the only place to go for vehicle repairs.
