The teachers are all certified and they are all professional. It is easy to communicate with them as well. The owner and director are superb and treat every kid as their own. The other thing I love is that the older kids have "friday friends" with the younger children. My daughter knows pretty much every kid in the school through this activity, and she loves being a role model to the younger kids. What a fantastic life lesson for her!
