Meet the Business Owner: Randy J.

Although born in Salt Lake City, Utah, Randy spent his childhood in the Wimer area of Rogue River. After graduating from Rogue River High School, he attended Brigham Young University as a Presidential Scholar. He took a two year break while in college to serve as a missionary for his church in Brazil in 1976. He left BYU with a Master's degree in Accounting with an emphasis in Tax. He earned his CPA stripes as a Tax Manager at the former "Big 8" accounting firm of KPMG/Peat Marwick in Seattle.Randy has over 30 (yes, 30!) years of experience spanning a wide breadth of issues for individuals, estates, and a full range of business structures. He has been back in Oregon since 1995 when he purchased his current practice. Since his start in Grants Pass, his practice has grown tremendously and the staff has grown from 2 part-time employees to over 10! Randy still does many of the firm's initial interviews and looks forward to meeting with you and getting you started on your adventure in tax r
