I asked for a consultant in Grants Pass, they assigned me to Medford. They transferred me to Grants Pass, which is apparently closed during my lunch hour. I sat on hold for 12 minutes, hung up and called back. Someone in Medford gave me this number 541-244-2650. Called it. Wrong number. Bottom line: since we share a lunch hour it will be impossible for me to drop off my tax paperwork in Grants Pass. Wow. Would have been nice if the person who set up my 15 min consult would have told me that. 2 weeks and 45 min of my lunch hour I have no appt to have taxes done. You suck.

The woman how answered the phone asked for en explanation of my problem. She put me on hold and very soon returned with the attorneys response: no problem, it is a clerical error. She told me how he had decided that. After hanging up, I repeated his step and confirmed that there is no problem. Ten minutes, no fee, peace of mind. That is about as good as one could ask for in visiting a law office.

Several errors caused additional delays than an IRS audit. No help with the audit, the audit was again from another error from the previous year in filing for more than allowed mortgage interest. The audit cost us over 5000.00 in fines with the IRS. They also made an error on our business tax forms which they gave us to file for the wrong year. After Russ told us there was NO WAY they could have done that, they made me prove it. After several hours on the phone with Oregon Dept of Revenue, and getting pictures of the documents that Russ sent us to file. I sent Russ the proof. No apology no nothing. They take no responsibility for their actions. I would not Recommend for personal or professional accounting.

It took FOUR MONTHS to complete our return. Obviously, they are too busy to take on new clients, so you'd be better off taking your business elsewhere. Thanks to Cramer & Associates, we owe over $2,000 to the IRS for late filing penalties. To add insult to injury, when I called them today to get help in filing an abatement, I was told that, sure, they could contact the IRS for us, FOR AN ADDITIONAL FEE, but they can't get to it right away.

I highly recommend attorney Peter Carini…read more I contacted Mr. Carini regarding a criminal case in Jackson County, Oregon, that had been hanging over me for approximately eight years. From the beginning, he took my situation seriously, explained the process clearly, and developed a strategy for finally resolving a case that had caused me a great deal of stress for a very long time. Mr. Carini prepared and filed the original motion seeking dismissal and continued to follow through on the case until it was resolved. I recently received the official Judgment of Dismissal signed by the court, and it is difficult to put into words the relief I feel knowing that this eight-year burden is finally behind me. What impressed me most was that Mr. Carini didn't simply take my case and disappear. He followed through. After carrying this situation for so many years, having an attorney who was willing to see it through to the end meant a great deal to me. I am extremely grateful to Peter Carini for his work on my behalf and would recommend him to anyone looking for an attorney who is knowledgeable, professional, responsive, and committed to his client. Thank you, Mr. Carini, for helping me finally close this chapter of my life.
