I really appreciate the work done by Cody. He was fast, honest and upfront on his prices which were…read morefair. He went above and beyond in making sure that the quality of work was one he could be proud of. Client satisfaction is definitely big with him and our tenants (at 2 properties), all reported back praising his professionalism and attention to detail. He was also very punctual and kept me and the tenants updated of his moves whenever he had to leave and go and get supplies/material to complete work and then return to the site. He also sends you photos of the work once it is complete to make sure that you like the end product before he leaves. He seems overall to be a hardworking man committed to doing good work and providing for his family without charging you an arm and a leg for services rendered. Our last handyman was unreliable and would keep switching schedules on us or would be a no-show after we had already scheduled maintenance requests with tenants. That is completely unprofessional and that is why we opted to try someone new and so far we are excited with Cody and hope to use him on future handy work projects. It is extremely important for us that we find that one go to person the tenants can get to know because there are times we ask tenants to provide entry to unit for these repairs and it's important that they get familiar with one person versus many different people coming in and out of the unit. We will definitely be using Cody again. Attached are photos of some work he did to help fix a couple of issues; a window that needed to be repaired and a threshold that was causing trouble with the door opening and shutting.

We thank our lucky stars that we discovered both Rob AND Angie!…read more We came from WA State to move into a new place and had rented it sight unseen. OMG-it was NOT ready. It was filthy, dusty, bugs, nasty toilets, spider webs. I'm not kidding, I was mortified. An acquaintance recommended Angie. She came to meet us and was sooooo reassuring and stayed so cool, calm and collected while assessing the "situation!" She spent well over 15 hours over 2 days time cleaning that mess while we left for Georgia. When we returned--what an amazing transformation!! We were sooo very pleased, the place was sparking clean! Not only is she reliable and efficient, she is the nicest sweetest person you would ever want to know. About a month or so later, my husband needed help hanging some mounts. These are GINORMOUS buffalo and elk like you wouldn't believe. He called ROB and he was there the very next day and they got the job done in no time. Like his wife, he is ALSO the nicest person you would ever want to meet, and my husband really enjoyed talking to him as well as having a great appreciation for his work ethic and ability to do many things! It's also worth noting, they won't break the bank and rates are VERY reasonable. We will be call them again in the future!
