I request an itemized bill with CPT codes which is exactly what they give every insurance company who requests but they will not provide me one unless I call a number with long wait times and then 3 out of 4 times after promissing they will send that it is never sent. I have left multiple requests with various facilities and made many calls but they have never provided a solution or fix and continue to send me to the same broken system, which promises they will send required paperwork and typically does nothing.

The second he walked in and saw me crying he very compassionately told me it would all be ok, that he would admit me into the hospital to regulate the pain and monitor the baby and that he would do the surgery the next day, Christmas Eve. He did an amazing job and him and his staff have been so great thru my recovery. It's been a long process but I couldn't ask for better care.
