She continuously kept me updated on the process and even did follow-ups about things. I had an interview, and job offer within the week. Tamia and Miranda were beyond personable! When I had questions they were there to answer them. I felt that Tamia wanted to make sure I understood everything, and if I had concerns she would address them any way she could. I've been at my job for over a week now and I couldn't be happier with the position, coworkers and clientele. Thank you Tamia for not only matching me with a great job opportunity but for above and beyond during the hiring process. There aren't a lot of companies out there that are as personable, devoted, or talented as this one. Definitely would recommend them to job seekers. Like the saying goes, you've tried the rest now try the best.

ZERO STARS!! My experience with this staffing company has…read morebeen extremely disappointing. I was told I had a position to start, completed the required background check and drug screening, and was told I would receive information about where and who to report to. I never received the promised call or information. I had to reach out myself the following day, and even after being told someone would call me back, I was left waiting again. The position starts at 4pm and it was 12pm and I STILL haven't heard anything. Communication throughout this process has been poor, and I feel my time was not respected. If a candidate is expected to complete requirements and be prepared to start a job, the staffing company should provide clear and timely communication in return. To make matters worse, after leaving me without the information I was promised for my original assignment, they attempted to offer me a completely different position to start the very next day. I was expected to somehow obtain steel-toe boots on extremely short notice in order to be prepared. To me, it seems like they switch the job I was suppose to start with someone else. Additionally, you can't expect someone to start a position that requires steel toe with short notice. You do not know the financial situation. The whole process was unfair and unprofessional.

The management here lacks this. What the policy or approach is one day does not mean that will be what we do tomorrow. And when a change is made, properly communicate this to your team. Don't expect them to read your mind. While I brought 60% to 80% GM the treatment by owner was not reflective of the fact. In addition....don't make promises you don't, won't, or can't keep. It is instantly clear why the people here are out of work. They show up with their five children in tow, in open back tank tops, flip flops and exposed tattoos.
