But I have to say that I have both positive as well as negative things to report. First, I did not just deal with one consultant, it was many who had their hands in the pot, so to speak. And one hand did not know what the other hand was doing most of the time. I did have a couple consultants who were not of Indian descent, so that was interesting. At one point I felt very uncomfortable providing some very personal and private information via video chat. I even asked them why I had to provide it since I had NEVER had to provide the information for any other job I've applied for in the past. Another negative was that I received phone calls as early as 6:30 in the morning and as late as 8:00 at night. I consider that to be highly unprofessional. As far as e-mails go, I received so many emails from so many different people, I had to be very careful not to delete important ones. The major positive was that they did actually get me the position and I have been working for about a month now, so I can say that they did what they said they would do. Would I recommend Pyramid to others? Probably not. I would recommend going directly to the company or to another staffing agency with a better reputation. Shayla Jones, Nikole Tillery, and Michael Baker from Jackson & Coker are now demanding a percentage of my salary although they were extremely dishonest about the position. I never signed a contract with them. It is a shame that physicians have to deal with such people. I highly recommend staying away from Jackson & Coker.

Their hiring practices discriminate against individuals on prescription medications…read more I Went for an interview at their Concord NC location. First thing that happened was a drug test. I tested positive for a prescription medication I am taking. I had the prescription with me but they kept repeating "we are not medical professionals." They made me drive an hour to a lab. The lab took a sample and sent it off and apparently it came back inconclusive. They then terminated my application and said I would have to wait 6 months before reapplying.
