But I have to say that I have both positive as well as negative things to report. First, I did not just deal with one consultant, it was many who had their hands in the pot, so to speak. And one hand did not know what the other hand was doing most of the time. I did have a couple consultants who were not of Indian descent, so that was interesting. At one point I felt very uncomfortable providing some very personal and private information via video chat. I even asked them why I had to provide it since I had NEVER had to provide the information for any other job I've applied for in the past. Another negative was that I received phone calls as early as 6:30 in the morning and as late as 8:00 at night. I consider that to be highly unprofessional. As far as e-mails go, I received so many emails from so many different people, I had to be very careful not to delete important ones. The major positive was that they did actually get me the position and I have been working for about a month now, so I can say that they did what they said they would do. Would I recommend Pyramid to others? Probably not. I would recommend going directly to the company or to another staffing agency with a better reputation. The negative reviews here speak for themselves. Be aware and read the reviews for yourself and make your decision.
