I love this place and the staff members, every time we walk in it's such a positive atmosphere and the vibes from the staff isn't fake it's welcoming. These teachers don't get enough credit and respect for what they do; it's not just a job, they are actually truly caring for our children. My babies are precious to me so when I walk in and see that they are being taken care of it makes my day feel wonderful! This place is already not top in my priority to tour because of the online reviews, but let me share my experience with DORA and the enrollment staff. I had specifically stated that i PREFER to be contacted via email, yet they kept calling and leaving me messages. I finally called them back on my day off to ask for a document to review with my husband regarding hours, fees, rules, etc. Dora answered the call and would not send me a document but rather would ask me immediately to tour the facility and also wanted me to jot down every little thing on the phone instead of sending me a comprehensive document with all the necessary info. Meanwhile, every other childcare place has sent their fees and contracts and other prepared information immediately upon inquiry, or it's available on their websites. I asked why they don't do the same, turns out that they could! Turns out that they also GOT my request to be contacted via email ONLY. They just could not respect parents' preferred method of communication and want to bombard me with calls and voice messages, a NIGHT SHIFT NURSE who needs her undisrupted sleep during daytime for safety on the road to work and the best patient care during her shifts. The way she ignored my first couple questions and just wanted to schedule a tour FIRST just to answer some questions was already predatory. She already failed to gain my trust. This is my third child, although in a new town, and I have learned from my past experiences in other preschools! The negative reviews on Yelp already gave a bad first impression, and the way they tried to return my inquiry and disregarded my preferred method of communication was another bad impression! My baby has been with Rancho Cucamonga KinderCare for almost a year now, and I absolutely LOVE this team! He was 3 months old when I enrolled him. Dora and Cathy made the enrollment process SO easy, all of the teachers (not just the infant teachers) are incredible, so kind, and have helped with my son's development tremendously. I appreciate all of the communication from the team on how he is doing through the day, my questions are always answered quickly, and I love the updates in the app throughout the day. My son is truly so happy when he's there. I toured quite a few different facilities before coming here and kept finding too many things I didn't like. I've reported to Dora many times how unsanitary the rooms were and outside play area infested with spiders in webs on kids table "there only play area" where they force kids to sit and take a picture and look miserable. no outside toys or shade. tables are not sanitary cleaned Inside. every 3 weeks my child came home w sicknesses and fevers. I've waited a few months to write a review. my child is perfectly happy, no bruises anymore and is fed properly@ new childcare. @ KinderCare still away. they also force fed children in toddler room ages 1 Where my baby is at. & in infant room they left the same African baby cry and this other medium tone color baby cry. the workers aren't happy. they ignore the baby's. my child came home crying of thirst and hunger everyday. they will force my child to sleep next to a trash bin reeking of poop Frm dirty bin filled w diapers/ &poop inside trashbins I tried to get it resolved instead they changed the floors insinuated on better outcome thanked me for my concerns but that they r removing my child from there & walked us out. no explanation why. I recorded and they told me to never record anything there or my child. or same to not take pix. they don't like surprise drop in. they all seemed very bothered by anything. don't bring ur kids here. My child was bruised I have picitrs Upon pick up of face and body bruises. they must be pushing the kids to fall on purpose the excuses were odd and after the fact I raised concerns about the room conditions and kids there. They put diapers wrong. &I feel u ask them to fix it they won't, they blame someone else for the diapers being tight and leaving rashs or when it's falling off. Also ms. Tracy, hate her job. Pretended to pick my child as I drop off, and I peeked thru window, she put her hands out & then turned her back on my baby. my baby was nvr picked up. Stood there thinking he was and cried to be carried and not one person comforted my kid At drop off & they didn't know I was peeking thru the glass window. This hurts as a parent. They pretend in ur face and when u walk away they don't care. She doesn't care. Stay away at all costs!!! They also will carry the infants around the office running around w infants in their hands. Danger bc the baby can fall. They work and carry the baby infants. they are a huge danger & risk to the kids. All kids share all classrooms. Sickness/germs gets around to all ages. As if they do it on purpose so kids stay home. Dirty tables.& rooms. After my complaint via email. They installed new floor in my child room w toddler. Kathy and Dora lead the group of instructors, and are very accommodating and understanding to help create a great environment for my children. I just had a tour at this location & I didn't like it at all. I saw a teacher mishandling an infant (it was the classroom close to the entrance around 4:30 PM). A Hispanic woman on the heavier side turn the baby over aggressively & pulled her by the ankle pretty roughly to move her closer to her & the other teacher didn't say anything to her just that I saw what happened. Then she started to act like she was trying to care for the baby after the other teacher told her I saw what she did. They don't have cameras in the classroom so if anything were to happen to our children's, there won't be any recordings of it to have the teachers reliable for the abuse. I told Dora & she didn't seem to be concerned at all & said she'll talk to the lady but I don't think she did. It was a bad first impression of the daycare & teachers at this location for me. I won't be enrolling my son here. read more

What a joke of a childcare center. The way this place handles covid-19, and anything else for that matter, is a joke. It's a pandemic for crying out loud! Whether you think it is real, or fake, when there is an outbreak you must at least let parents know!!!! Don't sweep it under the rug, and allow parents to hear about it from telling each other!! Kids may not die, but grandparents can...do you have older staff? They can probably die too! If somebody's grandmother or relative dies from covid-19 after the holidays, it is on the owner's hands. If that were to happen, I hope it eats them alive in this life and whatever happens next. Make your money, if thats what this is all about. I am done with this place. Intrusted this facility with my 4 month old baby girl. As soon as she started here she was sick all of the time. Every time I went into the infant room the kids were sick. Whenever my baby was sick I kept her home. Other babies had snot on their face and were coughing. The teachers did not clean the babies noses. My daughter was sent home with poop on her onesie, when I sent her at least 5 change of clothes. We were starting to introduce stage 1 foods I let the teachers know she needed to start the stage 1 foods at least twice a day ( which is included in the price) they tried 1 time then stopped. Obviously introducing foods you need to have patience with a newborn. I reminded the teachers they tried once again. They did not continually try with her. The last straw for me was that she was left sitting up in a boppy unattended and fell forward. She had a huge knot on her forhead. I immediately took my baby out of this daycare. When I gave my notice they did not bother to even ask why. This place is just terrible. As parents we need to know our babies are safe and in good hands. We are so happy now with our new daycare. My daughter has not been sick at all since we changed schools. read more

This school has been incredible. It was our first time going to a school and I was very scared for my sons experience. However, the teachers and staff made us feel welcome from day one. Each teacher knows what each child ate, how long they napped, and what they did. My son loves them and talks about them everyday. They are passionate about their work and they treat the kids with love and patience like their own. I will forever love this school. read more

I do not use this daycare, but today as I was going next door, there was a little boy hesterically crying in the playground area, he was the only one out there. I asked if he was ok, he said "no", I then asked if he got left outside, he said "yes". I told him not to worry I would go tell them. He was very upset, and who knows how long he was left in the chilly weather with no jacket! He was let inside, as I told another mother that came out with her child. I had my daughter enrolled at this school for 8 months in the beginning I really liked this center she was in the private kindergarden program. I recently pulled my daughter from this school for multiple reasons. 1. Being that my daughter would get bullied by children there at the center I had witnessed it before myself. They would never really do anything about it besides talk to the child..NEVER really fixed the issue it happend a few times. I was even told by my daughters teacher i needed to stop babying her, who was she to tell a concerned mother that. MOST OF THE CHILDREN THAT GO TO THIS SCHOOL ARE GOVERMENT FUNDED SO IT EXPLAINS THE RUDE DISOBEDIENT CHILDREN. 2. There is a lack of communication between teacher and parents. Parents were told when events were taking place the week of, I was told a parent/teacher confrence was to be planned nothing ever was. A week before I pulled my child from this school the teacher Ms.Dora explained my child needed phonics. I strongly disagreed and she explained to me IF I DIDN'T ENROLL HER IN THE PROGRAM IT WOULD NOT BE HER FAULT MY CHILD COULDN'T READ. 8 months into the program she decides to spring this on me??? No way would I pay an additional $100.00 a month because the teacher couldn't teach me daughter due to Ms.Dora's BROKEN ENGLISH!!! 3. THE FACILITY SMELLED OF URINE! MY DAUGHTER WOULD ALWAYS COME HOME SMELLING OF PEE. In the end going thru this awful experience I found a much BETTER school for $750 a month VS. the $900.00 I would waste at this Kindercare for nothing. My daughter is so much happier and in a better mood now that she is away from those awful kids. She was seriously depressed being at this center. NEVER AGAIN WOULD I GO HERE OR RECOMMEND THIS KINDERCARE. MY WORST MISTAKE WAS ENROLLING HER HERE. read more

Almost two years ago I met with Melinda at the Kinder Care and I knew before I left the tour I wanted my daughter to attend. My daughter has flourished since attending. It was important to me that my daughter learn social skills and she has. The facility is clean, well organized and safe. The entire staff has been welcoming and accommodating to me and my baby. Ms. Ashley, Ms. Kathy, Melinda and every teacher my daughter has encountered has gone above and beyond. The staff personally helps me on picture day to make sure I get pictures I will like, from personally helping my daughter smile to fixing her hair. All the staff is always super nice and attentive when your there!One of my boys still has a hard time at drop offs but his teachers make sure to comfort him once I'm gone which I love. I have both my 3 and 4 year old daughters attending this KinderCare facility. There is no better feeling than to leave to work with that peace of mind, knowing that your children are in good hands. I love all of the staff, beginning from the Administrators Melinda, Sasha, Michelle, to the teachers, they are very welcoming and always greet you with a smile. Beginning with their safe facility, it is excluded from the main street, completely gated, and passcode protected in order to enter. Someone is always in the front desk as you enter. Classrooms are always neat and clean, and they wash all blankets and pillows for you which is GREAT!! "Hey one less mommy duty";) My daughters absolutely adore their teachers, and always have something good to say when asked how their day was. Once my 4 year old mentioned to me on a Saturday morning "Mommy I miss Ms. Gina" my heart melted. These teachers spend most of the day with your children on a daily basis, very appreciative of the attention and professionalism they treat my children with. Also enjoy the fact that they always have special activities for the kids, and offer many different extra curriculum programs like soccer, dance, etc. I 100% recommend this school to EVERYONE and ANYONE, I toured many schools around the area, and by far this KinderCare was the best option!! read more

I brought my daughter here for 1 week, and couldn't let her stay through the day Friday. They didn't follow instructions for feedings, she developed a severe diaper rash, she was not happy and cried inconsolably after I brought her home. I reported seeing an infant crying, facedown in a boppy pillow 2 days out of the 5 days that I picked her up. The teacher said that this child was capable of lifting his head, and that he just does that. When I asked them to apply diaper cream to the rash after noticing it Monday, I was told that white babies get bad diaper rashes because they are so light. I was told later that breastfed babies get rashes because the milk is so acidic. There were just too many red flags in a matter of 4 days. In summary, I am an experienced mommy of two and I know better. I didn't expect anything when informing the director and assistant director that I was taking her out. I just wanted them to know what was going on. I also wanted to give the courtesy of letting them know before not bringing her back. The director was disappointed in our experience and offered a full refund for that week. It never came, which doesn't bother me, it just confirmed their incompetence. read more

Not worth your time or money!! Locating daycare for your little one is hard enough and this place just makes it worse. I initially was pleased with this facility, as much as a person could be pleased with leaving their little one in someone else's care, however, as time went on I began to notice more and more red flags. Looking back, I should have pulled my child out sooner. During the initial tour, I was told certain things like, how they wash the toys after they have been used and how they have a lesson plan for your child to help him or her learn. It was such bull. I spent time at the daycare checking in on my child and I never saw a routine, never saw my child "learning" things per the lesson plan that was posted on the wall. I got to know the "teachers" and director very well during my child's stay because we were always butting heads. When my child began in the infant room, the entire room was not carpeted; there was one half moon shaped carpet where all the babies who cannot crawl are laid out to sit in their boppys all day. Then there was another vinyl mat up against a mirror with a small space for the children to play on. The REST of the room was tile which makes no sense when you have children who are crawling and learning how to walk. I understand that for disinfecting purposes, cleaning tile is better than cleaning carpet, however, there needs to be some type of padding or carpet in at least half of the room. I saw so many children fall off stacking blocks and land directly on their heads. It made no sense why the teachers would stack the vinyl blocks (big enough to crawl up on and sit on) on the tile so that when the children would fall, they would fall directly on the hard surface. I am happy to report that due to my constant nagging, the facility ordered more carpet pieces for the room....however, a little too late in my opinion. I would constantly see children sharing pacifiers and the teachers either handing the pacifier back to the original child or simply quickly running it under COLD water (there is no hot water in the room) Children would slobber over toys, stick the toys in their mouth, get bored and move on. Meanwhile, here comes another child to play with the same toy that was just in someone else's mouth. I got to the point where I asked for my child not to be given toys to play with because I would see that they were not being washed. My child was constantly sick. Everything from colds, coughs, pink eye and the wonderful hand, foot, mouth disease. One of the teachers was either too busy gossiping in the room or had her back to the children while she filled out her food program to notice much. The lack of communication was a HUGE factor for me in pulling out my child. No one could ever give a straight answer. I would get one story from one person and a completely different one from another person. My child was always getting hurt and I never would get a straight answer as to what happened. The assistant director actually had the nerve to tell me that my child received a "bump" from a "soft toy" but that my child was fine. When I went to pick up my child, my child's eye lid was split open and scabbed over-which tells me it was bleeding!! Really? Soft toy......No, more like child hit the floor or the corner of something. But, of course, I could not get a straight answer. I was spending too much money per week for them to not be watching my child. The place always smelled like poop. Sometimes it would be so bad that my eyes would well up. Be careful. They tell you all the things that they are "supposed" to do during your initial tour to get you in the door, but at the end of the day, your child will be laying in a boppy (if he or she cannot crawl/walk) all day literally staring at the ceiling. Another thing to think about is that if your child cannot crawl, he or she will be in a room with those who can and will get stepped on. In the infant room, you have ages from 6 weeks to a year and in the mornings, the toddlers (1-2 yrs) play in the infant room which is just chaos. read more

My kids have been attending this daycare for awhile now. I love the staff there. My oldest son is about to be four and he has gone to this daycare for almost his whole life. I don't trust my kids with anyone else. I'm now pregnant with my third son and he will be attending this daycare as well. Mrs. Melinda is a great director. Before finding my husband now I was a single mother of two and the struggle is real. This lady here is always someone I can talk with and will give me the best knowledge to help me with my children. This place is posing as a "private school". Believe me, this place meets the corpus delecti of a "public school". It does not train the children whatsoever, it merely observes them, and expels them if they act like children. My grand daughter sent her child to this place, and when she picked her up, she was sitting in the corner alone with no comfort at all. As things developed, her daughter was bitten and picked up crying loudly for hours. These people should not be allowed to exist, they are negligent, child abusers, incompetent and worthless. Couldn't be happier with the care given to our son over the summer here. Our son looked forward to everyday there, and is sad to be leaving now that school is starting back up. My daughter is constantly sick because of this place! They do not send home linens to be washed, I had to request them to come home! When they did come home they gave me another childs blanket three times and couldnt find hers even after the third guess. My husband picked her up one day to find her covered in her own poop because nobody had checked on her to change her. It was through her diaper into her now wet pants. The other kids are constantly coming in with coughs and runny noses and not being sent home! There is hardly ever enough teachers with the kids! Although there is a key pad lock, I never run into someone as I walk in and out of the door. ANYONE could be coming in and out if here! This place should be shut down!! read more

Honestly, my kids have been at Kindercare 6+ years now, and I could not be any happier. I feel so at ease throughout my day while my children are in their care. Not one time has my children ever complained about any staff member/ child/ director. They always have my children at school on time and pick up has always been on time. Yes, children misbehave but not once have they ever forced me to pick up my child. They call and inform me of the situation and leave it up to me whether I pick up and to be honest, I love the fact that they call me. I Am in no way in denial of my child's outburst so if they misbehave of course I want to be the one to handle the situation especially if it's fighting or disrespecting anybody! This center is always very welcoming and open to my concerns, whether it's with my child's homework or my child's emotional stage. I recommend this center to any parent. I enrolled both of my daughters here and they loved it. my daughter started of in diapers and then they potty train her. she is now 4 years old and the curriculum the teachers taught really advanced her with writing her name, counting etc. N she made tons of friends. My other daughter started her at 4 months old n they took care of her. Of course she got sick but thats normal for infants. They r a lil pricy but the care is good. read more

I am currently searching for another Kindercare hoping to get the same experience as this one. She loved all the teachers and learned a lot through out the year here at Kindercare.
