The taco truck is open Friday Saturday and Sunday and there are several socially distanced picnic tables outside, some with umbrellas and some without. It was a nice day so we sat in the sun. My diablas torta (chorizo & carne asada) was delicious with slices of avocado, onion, lettuce and peppers. Unlike most tortas I've had they were light with the mayo which is appreciated when you're having something as decadent as chorizo and steak. The bread was amazing and fresh as well. Great sandwich. The bf has lengua, carnitas and diabla tacos and enjoyed them all. We had horchata and Jamaica to drink. The Jamaica was not too sweet which was nice. The horchata was very good. My biggest problem with the aguas frescas set up was the multitude of yellow jackets attacking the drink dispensers which were set up for self service. I had wanted limonada but the bees were particularly interested in the dispenser for that one. We also checked out the store next door and picked up a packet of hot homemade tamales (also delicious) as well as some chorizo, hot sauce and drinks. Highly recommended weekend trip.

This past time, at WT Brews in Baldwinsville. They're a super popular truck and if you catch them at events or festivals (or in general) there's always a line! It was loaded up with cabbage, chili lime crema, and of course meaty lobster claw pieces, and was the perfect consistency of crunch with mouth-melting mushy butteryness. Very filling, though the order came with only one taco. The staff seems really nice and friendly and the food quality is good. Since this is (good) seafood, this is one of the pricier food trucks, but you won't pay much lower for a lobster roll anywhere else either. Worth checking out if they're where you are, or if you have to hunt them down!

There is no designated parking area to my knowledge, but there is 1-hr street parking. Losing one star because the tacos do not come with any sides like rice or beans, and many other restaurants offer sides with the tacos for the same cost.
