Been in the drive thru for about 25 min still haven't gotten our food. This is insane. Are you all really this bad at being organized and cooking food in a timely manner. Ridiculous Very disappointed

This place is fairly new, having replaced Taco Maker, it's probably been open about a month or so. The restaurant retains much of the previous fast food chain's interior but that's not all that important. The ordering process is smooth and mostly quick. The staff was friendly and helpful. The portions are very satisfying! And the food pleasantly tasteful, much more hardy than say, Taco Bell across from them. It's almost, *almost*, sit down restaurant quality food in a fast food environment. Almost. Overall the place is tidy and clean. We came in at the end of the day and felt the place to be well kept. Hopefully this place will continue to be a nice stop for quick Mexican food. Lastly, I'm strict vegetarian and the crispy bean burritos are quite delish and filling! Cheers.

This place is newly remodeled and under new management. Give it a try!! Best breakfast burrito and cheapest food around. My daughter got a #10 Steak Ranchero and it came with 2 HUGE tortillas. Child 2 had riled tacos with guacamole which was fresh and delicious. I love to support local eating joints that work hard to earn your business. Thanks Rancheritos for coming back to Centerville!

Now Open! Under new management and completely remodeled!

Beware of their street tacos, no toppings what so ever and the meat was very very dry.

I'm bumping up my rating to 5 stars. This has become a regular stop for us. We've been a handful of…read moretimes since my last review. Being from California I miss 2 types of Mexican restaurants. The first is super flavorful authentic Mexican. The second is really good, consistent, basic items (enchiladas, tacos, tamales) that you can order in combos. More streamlined. This hits the second need perfectly. The shredded beef (I like it in a taco) is AMAZING! So juicy and flavorful! The tortillas are lightly fried and just crispy enough. Chili verde is my favorite dish in general. The chili verde here is not what I think of when I'm craving that, but it's so good. I just consider it a different item and don't expect to get what I'd get at another type of restaurant. We need variety in life right? The chili rellano is so good! I order it most often. We love the salsa bar too! I love the relaxed fee of the place. We've met a lot of buffet workers and all seem to enjoy their job and are always easy to work with. They also seem to work together well. It's never super busy, so we never have to wait to be seated. But there are always people there. The best part for me is the price. We can eat here for the same price as somewhere like Chipotle (plus a tip of course) but get much better food and a better experience!

The food we had was really good. The smothered burrito is popular for a reason. Sometimes I just…read morewant generic Mexican food you can get in a combo plate (as in a super cheesy enchilada with a taco or tamale or whatever right next to it). This fills that need. The service and atmosphere are a little weird though. The menu is confusing and needs to be explained. When we tried to order a combo plate we were told not to and to find something else. After he explained it, it made sense. But the menu was not clear that it just included one specific type of each item listed, and you didn't get a choice. It was awkward when he teased us for thinking we could get choices at the listed price. We felt a little out of place the whole time we were there, but we would go back now that we understand how the menu/food works, since it was good. Oh yeah, we were also confused about the chips and salsa and the way things were set up here. They bring you an empty bowl and then you squirt the salsa out of a bottle (like a ketchup bottle) into it. No one explained any of these weird things, and we kind of just looked around. The waiter described it as a place for truckers and locals. That's makes sense.

I honestly am not a huge fan of smothered burritos and enchiladas which is what they are known for. I go for a basic kids cheese quesadilla and hits the spot. They have really good homemade tortillas that have always been my favorite. A= Appearance - It's a more run down place and nothing fancy. The service is good. They brought the food out quickly. T= Taste - I am not a fan of their chips and salsa. They have the salsa on the table in a ketchup bottle that you can just refill your salsa bowl with, which means it's not a fresh salsa. They also have a spicy seasoning on their chips that I do not like. My parents usually get the smothered burrito and have expressed that it is bland.
